Welcome to my designer Brisbane home fully equipped with beds for eight, a generous kitchen, private laundry facilities, parking and easy access to shopping malls and public transport. My apartment has been recently styled by some of Brisbane’s best stylists with aesthetics, practicality and comfort in mind. You’ll be 15 minutes from Brisbane airport making my property the epitome of convenience.
The Space:
The property utilises white space and modern interior design to create a relaxed and peaceful feeling separated from the hustle and bustle of Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Take a lie down on the comfortable sofa or even more comfortable bed after a long day of working or exploring, whatever floats your boat.

Thanks to its perfect location, you’ll be only 15 minutes from Brisbane Airport whilst still being in a quiet and peaceful residential area - you won’t be hearing planes flying over the house! Public transport is everywhere with frequent bus services on adjacent streets and Nundah train station only a short walk away. When it comes to shopping, you’re in luck! Nundah Shopping Village is a short drive away and contains everything you need ranging from boutique stores and supermarkets all the way to hairdressers and general services.

Put your chef’s hat on and use my fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm. Both coffee and tea have been provided with compliments so that you can kickstart your mornings and stay energised throughout the day. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery is all provided! Also, don’t worry about hand washing - there’s a dishwasher there to solve your dirty dishes problem. From there, you can enjoy your cooking at the large dining table that seats eight or enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on the balcony.

If you decide to stay in, you can settle down on the comfortable couch and enjoy the TV. There’s also free WIFI so you can simply use your laptop and watch whatever you want! If you need to get some work done, the dining table can double as a temporary workstation or you can utilise the desk on the second floor.

The property hosts three bedrooms with a queen bed and two double bed total. High quality linen is provided. You’ll also have direct access from the main bedroom to the balcony. Otherwise, additional guests can sleep in the living room on the sofa bed which comfortably sleeps two guests.

The property also features two generous bathrooms both with step-in showers. Toiletries, including shampoo and condition, are provided with compliments. In the laundry, there is both a washing machine and dryer in one plus the necessary detergent. If you’re here for work and need to iron your clothes, both an iron and ironing board are provided.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Nundah is a beautiful and quiet suburb and the epitome of practicality and peacefulness. You’ll be surrounded by public transport thanks to both Northgate and Nundah train stations being within walking distance. When it comes to shopping, your best option is Nundah Village Shopping Centre as it is a short drive from my home and contains a large Woolworths supermarket ready to stock the kitchen with groceries, and numerous boutique stores and services. Everything you could possibly need is here.
Getting Around:
Seeing as the property comes with parking, driving around Brisbane is definitely an option and a cinch! The adjacent Nellie Street also has regular bus services ready to get you around Nundah and the rest of Brisbane. Alternatively, you can make use of either Northgate or Nundah train stations which will connect you with the Brisbane CBD and outer areas.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
