The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Nundah. My idyllic home is located in the heart of Nundah and offers easy access to numerous cafes, bars and shopping stores. You’ll be within walking distance of Nundah and Northgate stations which will connect you with the rest of beautiful Brisbane via train. Nundah Village Shopping Centre is a short drive from my home and contains a large Woolworths supermarket ready to stock the kitchen with groceries, and numerous boutique stores and services. Everything you could possibly need is here. You’ll also be a 15 minute drive from Brisbane Airport! It doesn’t get better than this.

My three bedroom home has been recently styled by some of Brisbane’s best interior designers and home stylists making it the epitome of comfort and practicality. Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious living room with a designer lounge in front of a large LCD TV ready for you to kick back and relax after a long day exploring Brisbane. The sofa also folds out into a double sofa bed ready to accommodate an additional two guests.

Featuring high-end appliances the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. There’s a gas stove and oven plus large family sized fridge ready to store all your groceries. Complimentary tea and coffee has been provided along with pots, pans, some olive oil, salt and pepper all to help you get cooking!

The kitchen flows through to the dining room which features a modern European inspired dining table which can comfortably seat six guests. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for private dinner parties and family meals during your stay making my property the perfect entertainer’s home. You can also enjoy your meals in the backyard which features an outdoor table with seating for ten.

The property features three spacious bedrooms with a total of one queen bed and two double beds. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels. All bedrooms have ample space for even the heaviest packer. The bedrooms contain enough floor space plus sliding wardrobes all capable of storing your luggage and any shopping from nearby malls. All bedrooms have bedside lamps to catch up on some reading before falling asleep.

The home also features two large and modern bathrooms with spacious walk in showers and bathtub respectively. If you’ve forgotten your toiletries, do not worry! Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and soaps have been provided along with toilet paper. Don’t forget there are also soft cotton towels ready to keep you dry! A salon hair dryer has also been kept under the sink.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers. There’s also a desk ready for the serious business traveller.

You’ll also have access to a separate laundry with both a washer and dryer in one. There’s a clothesline in the sunny backyard making it perfect for hang drying your clothes. I’ve also provided both an iron and ironing board making my home perfect for business travelers and the longer stays.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
