Welcome to my stunning penthouse apartment sitting atop Parramatta. My open design rooftop apartment features almost a 360 degree view of the surrounding area whilst sleeping 8 guests thanks to the three large bedrooms and large sofa bed. The home has been styled and fitted by Sydney’s best home styling pros.

The property features an enormous balcony with an outdoor lounge and dining area. You'll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport and have access to parking.
The Space:
My home is a rooftop penthouse apartment boasting a large open space and modern interior design and home furnishings. You’ll be staying in a mansion in the sky and will have views of Sydney without any obstructing buildings of view.

The open design plan has resulted in a very spacious living room featuring a large lounge that doubles as a sofa bed. The room is fitted with a flat screen ready for you and your guests to enjoy the best Sydney TV has on offer. Simply sit (or lie) down and relax after a long day of exploring the city and shopping.

Moving into the kitchen, you’ll find that it has been fitted with brand new stainless steel appliances. My kitchen rules and is ready for your masterchef creations. All dinnerware, glassware and cutlery is provided and can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. Furthermore, there is more than enough space for you to store all your ingredients and take away food.

Once you’ve cooked up a storm, sit down at the designer dining table and enjoy your culinary creation. Alternatively, you can go outside onto your balcony and enjoy your meal there at the large table that seats eight. The balcony is enormous and you may find that you’ll be spending more time outside and enjoying the view than inside on the comfortable furniture.

If cooking is your thing, just remember you’re in Parramatta. Parra, as we call it, is slowly becoming the second CBD of Sydney and for good reason. It’s filled with amazing restaurants and cafes ready for you to enjoy. Take advantage of services like deliveroo which can deliver restaurant food straight to your door.

If you’re here to work, the dining table can double as your temporary workstation. I provide unlimited and fast WIFI so please make the most of it. Otherwise, you can use the WIFI to stream some Netflix to your laptop, and chill.

Moving back inside you’ll find three spacious bedrooms each featuring comfortable double beds. Each bed is fitted with 500 thread count linen to ensure you have a comfortable night’s rest. There is more than enough room to store all your luggage and clothing plus your shopping haul from the nearby Parramatta Westfield shopping mall.
Both bathrooms are kept sparkling clean and come with complimentary toiletries including shampoo and conditioner. You’ll find both a large shower fit for two kings and spacious bathtub ready for you to scrubadubdub. Have fun and chuck a bath bomb in the tub to keep things fun!

When it comes to laundry, I’ve got you covered. You’ll have your own washing machine and dryer ready for you to clean all your clothes plus some more. Detergent is provided so there’s no need to buy any!

From my experience, take advantage of the location. Not only are you sitting on the rooftop of one of Parra’s highest buildings but you’re surrounded by delicious restaurants and cafes. If you’re a foodie like me, you’re gonna feel like you’re in heaven. You’re also close to Parramatta station that will connect you with the rest of Sydney and NSW in the event that you wanted to explore.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Parramatta is quickly become Sydney's second CBD and for good reason. The area is filled with high quality restaurants and cafes that will satisfy any cravings you might have. Furthermore, you'll have access to Parramatta train station which provides regular services connecting you to the CBD and the rest of NSW.
