Awesome condo in the prime of Lincoln Park. Great for corporate stays, couples, families! Its an amazing place and location, and great history! Best location in the city! Building was build in 1916 and has amazing crown molding and beautiful charm. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach and zoo. Steps away from some of the best restaurants in the city. Has over 1250 square feet of living space. Please note before booking, we do not allow parties or pets.
The Space:
You are right by the lake and everything going on in Lincoln Park, Lakeview and Wrigleyville. Run or go to the Beach on the Lake Shore. Bike to Navy Pier. Stop by the Zoo, grab a quick bus to downtown! It is truly one of the best areas in the city and most affluent. So it is the city still but it is safe neighborhood.
Guest Access:
You will need to bring your bag up the back entrance to the unit and only use the back entrance. Please review the detailed check in instructions on Airbnb before you arrive.
Interaction with Guests:
Cassie is always around but not always available in person via text or email. Please email or text before you stay for further directions to get into the property.
The Neighborhood:
Lincoln Park just north of downtown. Shopping, bars, the lake front. It has it all! Lots of things to do for families, singles, and couples.
Getting Around:
Uber, Public Transportation and Walking. The bus system is awesome and a block away. If you use any map program on your phone it give you detailed instructions especially the one that starts with G
Other Things to Note:
We cannot have parties or loudness or smoking at all in the building. If there are any of those things we will take your security deposit.
