The first floor level is full of character and is designed with comfort in mind. The design touches are very warm and cozy as rich brown colors and luxurious leathers are found throughout the open-concept living, dining and kitchen area.

The kitchen is outfitted with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops and the breakfast bar is outlined with leather bar stools. The dining room is right off the kitchen area and is home to a dining table that seats 11 comfortably. The living room is also in this area and has three leather couches that surround a large flat-screen TV.

Right off the main living area is your own private pool and Jacuzzi with covered lanai and ample pool furniture.
