This eight bedroom, five bathroom villa is located in the Champions Gate Resort Community. This resort in and of itself is something to write home about. There’s a community pool, splash park, fitness center, sports courts, two championship golf courses and so much more!

Now, that’s just the resort. Let’s talk about the Approach. The first floor is home to your open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. The living room has a large flat-screen TV, leather sectional and paddle fan which makes it a cool place to relax after a long day.

The kitchen is outfitted with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and a four-person breakfast bar. In this area you’ll also find your eight-person dining table which is perfect for family meals.
