Olio Villa is a charming boutique villa, designed and built in 2016 by a French architect as his summer house, with the best materials, equipment, furniture, lightings, to make this place a very chic and comfortable vacation house! The decoration is very unique in the Greek islands mood.

KITCHEN:
Kitchen has the best professional equipment, large gas cook station and large electric oven, powerful hood, very silent dishwasher, juice machine, smoothie machine, multifunction robot, Nespresso machine, Italian coffee kettle, filtered coffee French press, Teakettle and professional sauce-pans, casseroles, tools, everything needed and much more! The house has also very nice tableware, glasses, to make the most beautiful tables!
LIVING ROOM:
The living room is equipped with a large 5 seat sofa, and 2 nice armchairs. Also has wood stools and antic coffee tables. Guest can enjoy books, magazines, many DVDs, CDs, games for kids, play station, WIFI, TV, etc…
BEDROOMS:
All bedrooms have Satellite TV channels and regular TV, French, Greek and international, flat TV new generation, Digi code safety-box, WIFI in every room, sound system in bathrooms.
The house is equipped with high-quality Daikin air-conditioned, in all bedrooms + living room.
All bedrooms have access to terrace, front terrace, and very nice patio.
Bedrooms have a floor tall mirror, a large cupboard, wood stools and small built-in table against the wall.
BATHROOMS:
All bathrooms have a nice Italian style shower with marble tiles. Sinks are made with marble blocks.
Bathrooms have all amenities, soap and shampoo from Greek bio brand KORRES, hair dryer, and of course quality towels, 1 big and 1 small per person.
All lights are dimmable, inside, and outside so you can create your own ambiance in the house.
IT – Equipment – LIGHTING – SECURITY:
The house has high-quality Bose sound system and Samsung flat screen TVs, 3D screen, internet radios, airplay music from iPhones, DVD blue ray, CDplayer, PlayStation, bathrooms are equipped with powerful speakers.
Guests can enjoy high-speed internet inside and outside.
The house is totally secured with Digi code access door, high-security key locks and alarm system with CCTV cameras.
A multifunction printer – copy – scan is available in the house over the wifi.
OTHER:
Guests can enjoy a lot of plants inside and outside the house, as well as aromatics plants for cooking! Dionysus grey marble from Greece has been used all over the house, for flooring, bathrooms, and showers and to make the wonderful pool.
All beds sheets are in white 100% and beds have high comfort mattresses.
The bed sheets are changed every 3 days as well as full house cleaning.
Everyday cleaning is also possible upon request.

The house is in the very quiet Fanari, at the top of the hill where is the very best sunset view on the island, so you can enjoy the longest days!
Olio Villa is 5 min from town (6km), 5 min from the new port (4km), 15 min from airport (8km), 15 min to the beaches, 5min to supermarket (5km)
MINIMUM STAY:
3 nights stay minimum is required, or less depends on availability, always ask!
Booking 48h before minimum is preferable.
