A tranquil private paradise, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with cheerful splashes of colour makes the perfect holiday home for families, couples, and small corporate groups alike.

The home has been fully renovated to provide spacious and simple luxury in this stunning setting. The open plan living areas with polished floor boards spill out onto sun drenched decks. Set across the lawn from the house is a 17m x 17m restored farm shed that overlooks the 10m pool, serving an ideal entertaining space complete with stylish furniture.

RATES

The rates vary from $595 to $1,000 per night depending on the time of year

Plus a $150 cleaning/linen fee per booking

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
