The garden & pool area of Tallows House is spacious, immaculately kept and just perfect for sun-filled days. Complete with comfortable poolside bean bags, alfresco dining, lush lawns and enough shade to keep cool on warm days.

Tallows House is stylish & comfortable with open plan kitchen, living & dining that look out to the garden & pool. Soft comfortable couches, air-conditioning & large TV make afternoon respites a dream.

Just a skip, hop and a jump to the beach and Suffolk Park shops, you wont need the car unless venturing into Byron which is only a 10min drive away. Suffolk Park itself has a pub, grocery store, bakery with great coffee and a few fabulous cafes and take away spots to enjoy.

RATES

The rates vary from $750 to $1,150 per night depending on the time of year

Plus a $200 cleaning/linen fee per booking

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining / pool use after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
