PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Nestled in its own bamboo forest and rolling green hills, Bodhi Nature is the ideal home in which to reconnect with your friends and family as well as the natural environment. An easy 15 minute drive to central Byron, you will feel like you are in your own private paradise as you arrive to the lush, sub-tropical grounds of this exquisite property.

The feelings of tranquillity commence at the grand entrance, where you walk in to a view of the blue pond, glassy pool and green pastures beyond. Opening the bi-fold doors that surround the main living area creates a seamless connection between the heart of the home and the surrounding spacious decks. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooking, two ovens, lots of bench space and all the modern appliances you will need for entertaining with your holiday crew. The yoga & meditation studio includes a double sofa-bed and it, along with all three bedrooms of the main house enjoy ample natural light and refreshing, country views. The property has 100 fruit trees for your enjoyment.

The home was architecturally designed and built by a true craftsman, as evidenced in the easy-flow of the floor plan, the tasteful wooden-framed windows and doors throughout, and the airy, high ceilings which are punctuated by beautiful beams. Rest, relaxation and laughter will be the order of the day as you unwind at the beautiful Bodhi Nature.

RATES

The rates vary from $1,100 to $1,300 per night depending on the time of year

Plus a $200 cleaning/linen fee per booking.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
