PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This beautiful contemporary home is just right for the relaxed holiday maker looking for a peaceful base from which to explore this diverse region. Overlooking a tranquil valley and roaming hills from a quiet cul-de-sac, Wandarra is very private whilst also being a convenient 15 minute drive from Byron Bay.

Unique and thoughtfully designed, the towering 32 foot ceilings in the main living area create a real feeling of luxury and space while polished concrete floors, church windows and bespoke timber finishes add character & warmth. The 5 bedrooms are split across two levels and there is a separate self-contained studio close to the main house.

Stainless steel work tops and Smeg appliances will make for great meals at home if you don't feel like heading out for the night! Stepping out through the wide glass sliding doors from the living area takes you to the salt water pool and BBQ & entertaining patio.

Arrive with supplies and get cosy at home or drop your bags and head straight out to explore - this is the perfect base for either option!

RATES

The rates vary from $700 to $1,300 per night depending on the time of year

Plus a $200 cleaning/linen fee per booking

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
