Set in the heart of the Byron hinterland, Friday Sabai is a five bedroom, three bathroom home with a separate two bedroom cottage that offers a level of luxury whose stunning aesthetic is duly matched by the breathtaking beauty of its hinterland surrounds. It is nestled on five private acres with a 400 metre creek frontage and offers a private and peaceful getaway for guests.

This entertainers delight has been specifically designed for modern contemporary living with state-of-the-art touch screen automated infinity edge concrete pool, with gas heated spa, combustion fireplace for the winter months, and crisp surround sound entertainment system.

The homes inviting master bedroom comes complete with en suite and outdoor shower while its well appointed kitchen has been thoughtfully and cleverly created around the exacting requirements of the home-based chef boasting a Belling industrial double oven, concrete and Essa stone workbenches and phenomenal polished concrete floors. The retreats separate guesthouse is a great escape, boasting two generous bedrooms with en suite.

There is space to stretch out and unwind while enjoying all that this beautiful region has to offer.

RATES

The rates vary from $950 to $1,600 per night depending on the time of year

Plus a $300 cleaning/linen fee per booking

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.

Limited firewood is provided during winter months only. If you think you would like a larger supply for your visit to use in the indoor fire/outdoor fire pit, please let us know at the time of booking so we can assist you with options for purchasing more. Please note that fire places and fire pits cannot be used during fire bans.
