Le Paradis boasts accommodation perfect for 2-3 families traveling together or a group of couples. This property will meet the most fastidious expectations and at the same time, evoke an atmosphere of comfort and warmth that is reminiscent of yester-year.

This thoughtfully considered home is a luxurious sanctuary, with an atmosphere of elegance and refinement that far exceeds that of a mere hotel room and includes truly superior beds. The interior is a combination of Hamptons and French Provincial styling. Enjoy the comprehensive Chefs kitchen while taking in panoramic rural and ocean views. Alternatively, gourmet catering can be arranged upon request.

RATES

The rates vary from $1,300 to $2,300 per night depending on the time of year
Plus a $300 cleaning/linen fee per booking
The Guesthouse is an additional $1,000 - $2,000 per night.
The Cottage is an additional $300 - $600 per night.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Ballina/Byron Shire and keeping neighbouring property owners happy is of paramount importance.

We are thinking to not going to use the fire places or supplied wood- We have air-con through the house that works really well. Some of the fire places if not used correctly can fill rooms with smoke.
