PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Beautifully restored in its original style, Sunnybank Farm has all the creature comforts youd expect of a luxury chalet while keeping the timeless appeal of a farm cottage from a bygone era.

The house consists of three bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 king single beds. All bedrooms have overhead fans and big windows with sweeping vistas of the countryside.

There is an eat-in country style kitchen with big breakfast table, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. The house has two separate living rooms that include dvd and book libraries, a board game collection, a widescreen LCD television, good quality speakers and an iPod docking station.

The house has a modern laundry complete with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The magnificent main bathroom boasts a roomy shower and clawfoot bath overlooking the paddocks. There is also a separate smaller toilet for guests convenience.

The huge verandah is perfect for outdoor entertaining replete with gas barbecue, comfy daybed and overlooking the swimming pool and gazebo. And with Byron Bays main beaches just a 15-minute drive away, youll be spoilt for choice if you want to take a dip.

Enjoy strolling the vast property, picnic beneath one of the many majestic trees or just relax with a book in the hammock. This is a magical countryside escape for every season. Enjoy the rolling green hills, the sub-tropical rain forests and secluded waterfalls that this special part of the world has to offer.

Sunnybank is situated high on a hill within a 100 acre cattle grazing property. It is less than 15 minutes to Byron Bay and its majestic beaches and 5 minutes to the historic quaint federation township of Bangalow with its great cafes, homeware and clothes shops.

RATES

The rates vary from $525 to $1,050 per night depending on the time of year

Plus a $200 cleaning/linen fee per booking

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
