PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

In the Pines is a new architect designed home and pool on the coastal side of Suffolk Park, just an 8min drive to Byron Bay, 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Suffolk Park is the laid back best kept secret in the Byron Shire and the house is just a 5min walk from the shops with Bakery with great coffee and atmosphere, Yellow Flower Indian Diner, Paradiso Pizza, The Park Hotel and Bottle Shop and Spar Supermarket.

This property is our family home and as such we ask you to treat it like your home. There will be some of the basic bits and pieces for you to use, salt, pepper, oil, washing powder and toilet paper etc. All linen and bath towels will be provided, you will just need to bring your own beach towels.

The home sleeps 6 adults comfortably and the TV room couls sleep an extra child if needed. There are fans in all bedrooms as well as the lounge. The dining, loving room and kitchen area open out to an undercover deck and tropical pool area.

There is a strict NO PARTIES policy in place as this home is in an enclosed residential area. Any noise or loud music to be off by 10pm. Failure to comply can result in loss of bond and termination of rental.

RATES

The home is available for rent between 27th December 2017 January 12th 2018 only
The nightly rate is $930 per night over the New Years week then drops down to $785 per night after the 5th Jan
Plus a one off $100 linen fee per booking

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
