PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Offering majestic water views from almost every angle, the three-level contemporary home is connected via a large entertainers deck which also overlooks the residences private cabana, pool deck and inground salt water pool area.

It has an internal lift for easy access to each floor, together with a multi-media room and well-equipped games room complete with pool table. It is and is thermally controlled for year-round comfort and has an interior open fire place. Outside are landscaped gardens together with an external fire pit and BBQ area.

Complete with access to Middle Harbour beaches, it is within easy strolling distance to the northern beaches numerous restaurant and retail strips and nearby to all public amenities.

Clontarf Close is perfect for the extended family getaway, an executive weekend get together or the perfect backdrop for photographic shoots and product launches.

The home is strolling distance to beaches, marina, parks, restaurants, cafes, galleries, shops & shopping mall. There are free buses called hop, skip & jump to get there during the day. Free local buses are going around to Stockland - shopping mall and Manly - absolutely must see. You could take a ferry from Manly to get to Opera House. It is great harbor trip.

The home is available from 12th December 2017 - 30th January 2018

$2,300 per night, 7 night minimum stay

Remainder of the School holidays
$2,000 per night, 7 night minimum stay

Plus a one off $300 cleaning/linen fee per booking

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party policies. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
