Located just 2 minutes from Sydney’s best cafe scene and only 6 minutes from Sydney’s world famous beaches, my spacious apartment will be perfect for your time away. It features deluxe finishes, the convenience of restaurants and supermarkets, and prime positioning for Sydney’s city life.

My newly designed home has light, crisp interiors that include three generous bedrooms, a highly functional kitchen space and open plan living-dining. It also has a great outdoor balcony for entertaining.
The Space:
Welcome to my new apartment in Sydney’s south eastern suburbs, minutes from cafe hotspots, chic shopping destinations and beachside bliss. It’s in a brand new building in a great neighbourhood where everything you need is close at hand.

Upon entering, you’ll see that my apartment is all about light, bright living with open plan kitchen, living and dining spaces that flow out onto a large covered balcony.

The kitchen features all new appliances as well as a functional cooking and prep space that is perfect for your guests. You’ll also find a large freezer and fridge, European oven and stovetop with rangehood as well as plenty of storage space. The kitchen has a dishwasher so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday in Australia.

The kitchen flows through to the dining table which comfortably seats six guests and has views of Mascot village out through the large glass doors and windows.

Through to the bedrooms, all beds feature comfortable double beds with extra support for a sound night’s sleep. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests.

The master bedroom features a large bed for two and its own walk-in-robe and oversized ensuite with luxurious bathroom finishes, including a deep bath for those quiet nights in. My two other bedrooms also feature double beds and huge built-in wardrobes to store your luggage.

Additional guests can comfortably stay on the sofa-bed in the living room. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request. My apartment is all about space, and you and your guests will have no trouble settling into my home with ease and comfort.

The main bathroom is home to a luxurious designer bathtub and an additional spacious shower. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

There is off-street private parking for your car - details of the parking space can be provided once your booking is confirmed.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My apartment is within easy walking distance (less than 1km) to the major shopping, dining and recreational spaces. You’ll find that Mascot has a great range of up and coming cafes and is so close to Sydney’s best beaches including Bondi, Coogee and Maroubra. The Lakes Golf Club is a short 8 minute drive and features some of the finest golf courses. Downstairs from my apartment building, you’ll find a large Woolworths supermarket, new restaurants and famous dining chains.
Getting Around:
Public transport is very easy. My apartment can be easily reached via the Sydney Airport train to Mascot station. From Mascot station, you will be able to explore all corners of Sydney, including Bondi, the CBD and Sydney’s favourite inner city suburbs.

Driving is a cinch, with free secure parking provided with my apartment.
