Positioned in the heart of Sydney, my fully furnished apartment is just a short walk from Sydney’s main attractions and public transport. With two bedrooms, a large bathroom, an indoor pool and gym, my apartment is the perfect accommodation for you and your stay in Sydney.

The apartment is just a 7 minute walk from Town Hall station which will give you easy access to all parts of Sydney and the rest of the state! Nearby you’ll be surrounded by Sydney’s best restaurants and boutique stores.
The Space:
The property utilises white space and modern interior design to create a relaxed and peaceful feeling separated from the hustle and bustle of Australia’s busiest, and best, city. Take a lie down on the comfortable sofa or even more comfortable bed after a long day of working or exploring, whatever floats your boat.

Due to its perfect location, you’ll have easy access to some of Sydney’s best restaurants and cafes. If you want to eat in, I’ve got you covered.

Put your chef’s hat on and use my fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm. The kitchen also comes with a coffee machine to kick start your morning or keep you energised throughout the day.

Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery is all provided! Also, don’t worry about hand washing - there’s a dishwasher there to solve your dirty dishes problem. From there, you can enjoy your cooking at the large dining table or eat out on the balcony for some fresh air!

If you decide to stay in, you can settle down on the comfortable couch and enjoy the TV. There’s also free WIFI so you can simply use your laptop and watch some Netflix, and chill.

The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a lot of space for any luggage you might have. High quality linen is provided. You’ll also have direct access from the bedroom to the balcony. Otherwise, a large sofa bed is in the other room and believe me, it’s very comfortable.

The property also features one generous bathroom with both a step-in shower and bathtub. Toiletries, including shampoo and condition, are provided with compliments. In the laundry, there is both a washing machine and dryer plus the necessary detergent. If you’re hear for work and need to iron your clothes, both the iron and ironing board and provided.

The apartment building also features a large swimming pool and gym for you to work off those calories from your deliciously cooked meal. Otherwise, you can sweat it off in the sauna. We’ve got your covered with the towels.

If you need to work, there’s free WIFI and the large dining table can double as a temporary work desk. The home also has air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and heating to keep you warm in our not-so-cold Aussie winters.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in the Sydney CBD, my apartment provides direct and convenient access to all parts of Sydney - the harbour, the beaches and Sydney’s best shopping malls. You’ll find yourself with easy access on foot to the biggest tourist sites in the area including the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge and the beautiful Sydney harbour.

The Sydney CBD is quintessential inner city living in Sydney, where eating out is the norm and there is an endless array of options for evening activities.

It is a family, professional, LGBTI and solo-traveller friendly neighbourhood that is welcoming of everyone.
Getting Around:
My apartment is just a 7 minute walk from Town Hall Station, all on level ground, making it easy after a long flight.

There are regular train services running from Town Hall Station to both the airport and to outer Sydney. You can also find constant bus services on both Kent St and in adjacent streets as well.
