The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in the Central Coast. My idyllic two-storey terrace home is surrounded by a perfect 14 hole Golf Course and is within driving distance of numerous restaurants, cafes and bars, with less than 10 minute drive taking you to the coast.

Downstairs hosts an open planned, high-ceiling indoor-outdoor living space. The family-sized kitchen backs onto the living room via the dining room before opening up to the outdoor dining area.

Featuring high-end designer appliances the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. The kitchen has a dishwasher so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday in Australia. The necessary detergent plus complimentary tea and coffee have been provided to help kickstart your mornings.

The kitchen flows through to the dining room which features a dining table which can comfortably seat six guests. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for private dinner parties and family meals during your stay

This flows through to the living room which houses a large television and an even larger two comfortable sofas. Get comfy amongst the cushions catching up with the latest on-screen or through conversation with your friends around you.

Another standout feature of my home is the spacious private alfresco dining area and large backyard. Bordered with a just-getting-started vertical garden on one side, the backyard is an unbelievable quiet space perfect for some soccer and footy. This special place is great for peaceful relaxation. There’s also a communal outdoor dining and a gas BBQ available with a children’s playground.

All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels All bedrooms have ample space for even the heaviest packer. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV and private ensuite bathroom.

Three of the other bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds whilst the fifth bedroom features a single bed. All bedrooms have bedside lamps to catch up on some reading before falling asleep. Additional guests can comfortably stay downstairs on either the comfy double sofa bed. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request.

The property features two and a half bathrooms with two showers and complimentary toiletries including shampoo and conditioner. Fluffy cotton towels have also been provided.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

Onsite car parking is available, along with street parking located directly out front.

A European style laundry featuring a washing machine and dryer. An iron and full-size ironing board is provided for your convenience.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in the Central Coast for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Wyong and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Wyong is located on the beautiful NSW Central Coast, and is home to some of the most pristine lakeside spots on offer. Guests can reach the beaches in less than 10 minutes.
Tuggerah Lake is literally minutes away from my home, where guests can enjoy swimming, waterskiing, and many other watersports in a beautiful natural setting. Walking trails along the lake are also enjoyed by many.
