The space

Picture waking up in a king-sized bed and walking to the kitchen in your slippers. You pop in a Nespresso pod and head up to the terrace, where it’s just you, your morning coffee and sun kissing the rooftops of the best city in the world.

When you stay at this spacious two-level, two-bedroom penthouse in central Barcelona, you’re steeped in the creative energy that inspired Picasso, Gaudí and Orwell. Step onto the balcony and it’s easy to imagine such writers and artists strolling the leafy boulevards of L’Eixample or sipping cava at one of the sidewalk cafes below.

The city’s infinite charms might tempt you to stay out all day, but even the most intrepid traveler needs a pleasant place to call home. That’s why we furnished the place with king and queen-sized beds, two full bathrooms with rainshower showerheads, a low-slung sofa in the living room and flat-screen TVs in every room. It will be hard to leave.

Since we operate as a licensed tourist apartment, we comply with citywide 2012 regulations that require us to collect certain information and tax payments from our guests, like all hotels and hostels in Cataluña. A government-mandated tax of 2,50€ per person, per night is collected separately upon check-in (this tax only applies to the first 7 nights of your stay and to those 17 year or older). We are also required to collect some basic information on our guests such as your home address and a scan of your passport. Thank you for your understanding.
