We will be pleased to welcome you to our spacious flat in a historical building in an incredible 120 square meters apartment situated in Exiample, just a few steps away from Passeig de Gracia, one of the best streets in Barcelona!

This bright and stylish apartment offers a great place in the middle of Barcelona.

It's an ideal place for groups of friends, family or business delegations due to its excellent location and design/style. The apartment is completely renovated to a high standard. The apartment has elevator, air-conditioning, heating and everything you need for a wonderful stay.

- 1 big room with a double bed and beautifully designed bathroom inside and sexy bath :)
- 1 big room with two double beds ( one as a bunk bed style )
- 1 room with double bed
- 3 comfy double sofabeds in the living room ( only one located on the gallery can be used as a bed )

2 bathrooms (one inside the room / ensuite)

Wonderfully and very modern equipped open design kitchen, with all the facilities needed for preparing a breakfast or dinner between family and friends.

The gallery is beautiful with lots of light and space, big dining table, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine or coffee.

Other things to note

Since we operate as a licensed tourist apartment, we comply with citywide 2012 regulations that require us to collect certain information and tax payments from our guests, like all hotels and hostels in Cataluña. A government-mandated tax of 2,50€ per person, per night is collected separately upon check-in (this tax only applies to the first 7 nights of your stay and to those 17 year or older). We are also required to collect some basic information on our guests such as your home address and a scan of your passport. Thank you for your understanding.
