Surfdale Seaviews is aptly named as it has unobstructed views straight through to Surfdale beach with swimming, boating and fishing only 500 metres away.


This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home also has a double fold out couch in the living room. The third bedroom has a single bed, with own toilet located in a private room underneath the house, making this property suitable to sleep up to 7 guests! Great for the extended family or a group of friends. There are not one but two outdoor entertaining areas, both with BBQ's at the front and rear of the property, so not matter which way the afternoon breeze comes in, you will always have somewhere sheltered to pass the hours. There is ample parking for a small boat and a car in the fabulous drive in carport, and even more parking on the street front.


The roomy sun drenched lounge with a wood burning fire for cooler winter evenings, opens out through french doors on one side of the house and sliding doors through the other leading to those wonderful outdoor entertaining areas, including a huge lawn area in the fully fenced back yard. Here you will also find a fabulous petanque court for hours of fun.


Three doors down is the Surfdale bowling club that guests are welcome to use and great affordable dine in meals for the family are available. A five minute stroll will have you at Surfdale village with its French restaurant, bakeries, clothing store, dairy, Irish bar, takeaway shop, fruit and vegetable store that also sells alcohol and hairdressers all waiting to serve you.


Waiheke Island is well known for its stunning walks, sandy beaches, award winning vineyards, restaurants and olive groves. Surfdale Seaviews is located on the bus route and offers you access to all of this with several award winning vineyards and restaurants including Mudbrick, Cable Bay and Goldie Vineyard within easy reach.


An exit cleaning fee of $75 applies to each stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends and 2 nights all other times. Linen including bath towels is included. This wonderful family home with stunning sea views has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 7 guests. The wonderful outdoor dining and living options ensure that there is plenty of room for everyone to hang out.
