The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Knoxfield. My apartment is located on a quiet street in the Waterford Gold Estate, offering relaxed style living close to local shops, cafes and nightlife.


My apartment hosts an open planned indoor-outdoor living space. The lounge is fitted with a spacious five-seater lounge large enough to relax and enjoy with the entire family, or chillout watching your favourite shows.


Featuring high-end Smeg appliances and deluxe benches, the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. The kitchen has a dishwasher so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday in Australia.


The kitchen flows through to the dining table which comfortably seats eight guests and overlooks the garden outside.


The master bedroom has a luxurious 5* hotel mattresses with extra support for a sound nights sleep. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests.


The other bedrooms feature large double sized beds, complete with built in wardrobes ideal for making yourself at home while travleling.


The main bathroom is home to a luxurious designer shower. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.


You will also find a separate internal laundry, including washer, dryer and ironing facilities.


Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.


There is secure private parking located at the front of the property for two cars, with additional parking possible streetside.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.

My place is within close proximity to Knoxfield shops, Westfield Knox Shopping Centre, schools, freeways and bus stops
Getting Around:
The 693 bus is just ten minutes away and can connect you to the entire Melbourne Public Transport Network including the train line.

My place has a secure garage to park your cars, with additional street parking available for larger vehicles such as boats and caravans.
