Chic CBD Apartment + Pool + Gym

Welcome to my designer Melbourne home fully equipped with beds for six, a generous kitchen, private laundry facilities, and best of all, you’ll be in the heart of Melbourne! My apartment has been recently styled by some of Melbourne’s best stylists with aesthetics, practicality and comfort in mind. My home is surrounded by the best restaurants, cafes and public transport.
The Space:
The property utilises white space and modern interior design to create a relaxed and peaceful feeling separated from the hustle and bustle of Australia’s busiest, and best, city. Take a lie down on the comfortable sofa or one of the even more comfortable beds after a long day of working or exploring, whatever floats your boat.

Due to its perfect location, you’ll have easy access to some of Melbourne’s best restaurants and cafes. You’ll be in the heart of the CBD and be a short walk from Southern Cross station - Melbourne’s largest train station.

If you don’t want to make the most of Melbourne’s best restaurants and cafes, I’ve got you covered. Put your chef’s hat on and use my fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm. Both coffee and tea have been provided with compliments so that you can kickstart your mornings and stay energised throughout the day. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery is all provided! Also, don’t worry about hand washing - there’s a dishwasher there to solve your dirty dishes problem. From there, you can enjoy your cooking at the large dining table or eat out on the balcony for some fresh air!

If you decide to stay in, you can settle down on the comfortable couch and enjoy the TV. There’s also free WIFI so you can simply use your laptop and watch some Netflix, and chill.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds with a lot of space for any luggage you might have. High quality linen is provided. Otherwise, a large sofa bed can be found in the living room and believe me, it’s very comfortable.

The property also features a bathroom with a step-in shower. Toiletries, including shampoo and condition, are provided with compliments. In the laundry, there is both a washing machine and dryer plus the necessary detergent. If you’re hear for work and need to iron your clothes, both an iron and ironing board are provided.

If you need to work, there’s free WIFI and the large dining table can double as a temporary work desk. The home also has air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and heating to keep you warm in our not-so-cold Aussie winters.

The property comes with access to a resort-style indoor heated pool and also a gym to work of those Melbourne calories. Make the most of it!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Melbourne is renowned for its efficient public transport and it containing the best restaurants and cafes in Australia. You’ll be just a short walk from Southern Cross Station which is Victoria’s biggest train station and it’ll connect you with the entire state. Furthermore, there is a tram stop just on your doorstep which is perfect for connecting you with the other parts of Melbourne and hunting down world-famous restaurants and cafes!
Getting Around:
You’re surrounded by an abundance of public transport and this is easily the best way to explore and navigate Melbourne. Southern Cross Station is a short walk from my property and has both frequent bus and train services that will connect you with the entire state. Additionally, you’ll have tram stops on your doorstep that will efficiently take you all around Melbourne to the best restaurants and cafes plus any tourist destinations you wanted to check out.
