Located within the famous Central Coast, my luxury home is perfectly situated for deluxe holiday living. My architecturally designed home allows you to live in luxury, featuring reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout, a full-size designer kitchen, modern bathrooms, expansive living space and on-site parking.
The Space:
Utmost luxury is the backdrop for this golfing utopia, renowned for the being surrounded by a 14 hole golf course. Surrounded by the Kooindah Waters golf courses, my home is a serene retreat. Ancient gum trees hug the lakes, brought to life by birdsongs at sunrise and sunset. A landscaped parkland winds along the river’s edge, forever preserving each home’s lush green view views.

The exquisite location of my home is enhanced by the harmonious blend of elegant architecture and graceful interior design.The five-bedroom residence is perfect for large groups and it doesn’t get better than this.

A seamless flow between internal spaces and the interplay between the interior and exterior of my home underlines a feeling of openness and sanctuary. Natural light, sumptuous textures and refined finishes create an interior of functional sophistication.

The spacious living room is fitted with two comfortable lounges ready to fit the whole family. Enjoy relaxing amongst the countryside ambience, or chillout watching your favourite shows on TV.

The dining area features a dining table designed to seat six . Full dinnerware and glassware can be found in the kitchen, so everyone has a chance of being a top Masterchef. The dining table can also double as a temporary workstation thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI that has been made available.

Alfresco dining is also an option, with an outdoor dining table protected from the elements located just outside the full-sized glass sliding doors. It opens up into large backyard perfect for the kids to play a game of touch footy or soccer.

The home features five large bedrooms; one with a king bed, three with queen beds and one with a single bed. All beds have luxurious hotel mattresses with extra support for a sound night’s sleep. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests. The sofa located in the living room can also accomodate one person. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request.

Most bedrooms feature huge sliding wardrobes perfect for storing your clothes, luggage and any shopping you might have acquired when visiting the numerous boutique stores and shopping centers.

Bathroom design both upstairs and downstairs is beautiful as well as functional, with custom-made vanity tables, stylish stone bench tops and an impeccable selection of premium fittings. Two of the bathrooms are home to luxurious modern rain showers. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided with compliments. A salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.

A full sized internal laundry features both a washing machine and dryer with the necessary detergent. Ironing and washing facilities are provided to keep you looking fresh during your stay.

Secure and private parking has been made available making travelling by car an absolute cinch.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in the Central Coast for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Wyong and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Wyong is located on the beautiful NSW Central Coast, and is home to some of the most pristine lakeside spots on offer. Guests can reach the beaches in around 20 minutes.
Tuggerah Lake is literally minutes away from my home, where guests can enjoy swimming, waterskiing, and many other watersports in a beautiful natural setting. Walking trails along the lake are also enjoyed by many.
