Boutique Apartment in Olympic Park

Welcome to my boutique Sydney apartment located within Sydney Olympic Park and a short walk to the Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf which will connect you with all of Sydney. The property features a comfortable double bed and sofa bed sleeping four guests total with a fully equipped kitchen ready for you create your own fine dining! You’ll be surrounded by Sydney’s best walking tracks - perfect for if you decide to get out and get some fresh air.
The Space:
My beautiful home was recently furnished by Sydney’s best home stylists to best utilise the space and produce a feeling of tranquility whilst still being practical. The gorgeous living room features a comfortable sofa (doubling as a sofa bed) and flat screen TV perfect for sitting down and relaxing with your guests.

Moving into the kitchen you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge and microwave. My kitchen rules and is ready for your culinary creations. All dishware, glassware and cutlery has been provided and can be found in the kitchen. There’s also dishwasher with the necessary detergent so that you don’t have to do any hand washing when on holiday!

Once you’ve cooked up a storm, you can enjoy your delicious meal at the breakfast counter or dining table. If that’s not your thing, you can also walk outside onto the balcony and enjoy your meal at the small, yet functional, alfresco dining area.

If you don’t want to cook - I understand! You’re on holiday after all. I suggest taking advantage of the fact that you’re in Sydney and are within a short walking distance of the Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf. The ferry will give you a scenic connection to the entirety of Sydney and Australia’s best restaurants and cafes. If you don’t want to travel too far, Sydney Olympic Park is filled with numerous cafes and restaurants all waiting to feed you!

If you’re here on work, the dining table can double as your temporary workstation I’ve provided fast and unlimited WIFI ready for you to study, work or watch some Netflix.

After a long day of exploring Sydney or watching the sports at Sydney Olympic Park, retire in the comfortable double bed found in the spacious bedroom. The bed has been fitted with hotel quality 500 thread count linen that not only looks great but feel great. Otherwise, just remember that the living room features a sofa bed that sleeps two more guests. Trust me, it’s comfortable and you will not be disappointed!

The bathroom has been recently fitted and features a spacious shower ready for you to scrubadub. If you’ve forgotten your shampoo and conditioner - don’t worry! Complimentary toiletries have been provided.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Situated Wentworth Point, my apartment provides direct and convenient access to all parts of the Inner West and Sydney. You’ll find yourself with easy access to Sydney city via public transport in the form of the ferry. You'll be surrounded by restaurants and cafes ready to fix your cravings and quench your thirst.

The property is located within Sydney Olympic Park and is a great spot for accessing all sports games and concerts.
Getting Around:
You're less than a 5 minute walk from Sydney Olympic Park Ferry which will give you a scenic connection to Sydney. There is also an abundance of buses with Olympic Park that can connect you with Sydney Olympic Park Station and surrounding areas.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
