Gorgeous Three Bedroom Home with Parking

Welcome to a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom family home located in the heart of Kings Meadows. With the conveniences of the Kings Meadows Shopping and Business Centre just a short stroll away, this brick home with a large lawn is the perfect bungalow for a Tasmanian holiday-home, close to Launceston and local wineries. Made with entertaining guests in mind, this authentic, freshly-styled home is the place to stay!
The Space:
Upon entering this sunny, brick family home you will find a fully refurbished interior styled by some of Australia’s leading interior designers. The waxed hardwood floors flow into the pristine kitchen equipped with a stainless steel oven, gas stove top and plenty of cupboard space. You will have full accessibility to glassware and kitchenware for private dinner parties during your stay. My dining area comfortably seats four with an open floor plan streaming into the timber outdoor deck with extra seating outside. This dining area can also be utilised as a temporary workstation thanks to the ultra-fast, unlimited WiFi available for your ease of use. Overlooking my garden, this outdoor seating area is allows you to bathe in the natural sunlight while sipping at your complimentary tea and coffee I have provided.

The rest of my house is freshly-carpeted with luxurious woolen carpet, including my lounge. My lounge contains air conditioning perfect for those hot Tasmanian summer days, a comfortable armchair and plush couch duo. Enjoy your favourite movies on my TV complete with Chromecast so that you can stream straight from your laptop!

My spacious master bedroom features high ceilings with large windows outlooking the peaceful, quiet and lush neighbourhood. The large designer bed features hotel quality linen, fresh sheets and plush pillows. The floor-to-ceiling generously sized wardrobe will fit all your shopping goods on your leisure days out. To ensure your satisfaction, all bedding is professionally cleaned every stay and is replaced regularly. My other two bedrooms are similarly equipped with crisp, new sheets and deep cleaned regularly. They showcase freshly painted walls, new carpets and large windows perfect for an early wake-up by letting in the sunlight.

The luxurious, marble-tile bathroom is furnished with timber wood cabinets and a deep-basin tub, perfect for a relaxing bubble bath after a long day out exploring Tasmania. If you are short on time, there is an over-tub shower for your convenience. This bathroom contains high-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and soap, along with soft cotton towels provided for you to make this place your home for the duration of your stay. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.

The home also comes complete with a washing machine and dryer making those longer stays hassle-free. This is located in my large laundry room which you can also use to store any of your shopping goods.
This property has a strict no party policy and is not a space to hold events such as ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekends. Guests will be screened prior to booking and removed from the property if this rule is violated.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Launceston and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You'll be situated in Kings Meadows which is a southern suburb of Launceston. Kings Meadows contains the highest concentration of shops in Launceston making it the perfect place to get your shopping done. It's also home to the Launceston's biggest indoor shopping center - Meadow Mews.
Getting Around:
With plenty of street parking space my home is only a short (10min) drive to the heart of Tasmania, Launceston and a 9 minute drive to some of Australia’s best Wineries (Sharmans Wines). Launceston provides Tasmania’s best shopping including Myers, restaurants and local pubs located near North Esk River. If you are one for a relaxed suburban lifestyle, a Coles supermarkets, Kings Meadows Shopping and Business Centre and Launceston Golf Club is a short stroll away.
