Comfy Apartment for Four with Infinity Pool & Gym

Welcome to my calming and soothing pad located right in the centre of Fortitude Valley! Get comfortable at my one-bedroom place that sleeps four guests, and includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Brace yourself because you’ll also be able to make use of the infinity pool, as well as get your fitness game on with access to the gym facilities. You’ll be a 13-minute drive to Brisbane’s CBD, and a 5-minute drive into town, booming with shops, restaurants and bars.
The Space:
My apartment will be the ultimate retreat for you and company, and your exploring ways. Since you’re in the centre of Fortitude Valley, travelling will be made easy, with the local station being a 3 minute walk, and regular bus services made available on Brunswick Street. Brunch plans are easily sorted for you, given that Brunswick Street Mall is only a 5 minute drive away - happy eating! If you’re lucky enough to stay over the weekend, the weekend markets are a must; with jewellery, collectables and gifts on offer from up-and-coming designers. If you’re planning a lively night, head to Alfredo’s Pizzeria for a cheesy and doughlicious feed, and then make your way to Eleven Rooftop Bar.

As you enter the peaceful surroundings of my living room, you’ll be accompanied by the lovely views of the town, thanks to the vertical floor-to-ceiling windows. Step along the wooden floorboards and find yourself taking a seat on the suede couch. Here you can rest your head, turn on the LCD TV that’s fitted with Chromecast, and begin your television fix. You can simultaneously watch television whilst checking out the views that are just a shoulder’s look away - living life!

Given the open space, you’re only a couple of steps away from the kitchen. The kitchen is compact and fitted with an oven, gas stove, and quality sink. The large marble benchtop is perfect for preparing your veggies for a chicken roast, or even baking some blueberry muffins. Alternatively, if you’re wanting to treat yourself to a dinner outing, I highly recommend Ristorante Tartufo, for a taste of Italy - that’s only a 5 minute drive from mine.

On the daily, if you’re looking to dine-in, all of the meals can be eaten at the four seater dining table, that’s large enough to fit an array of dishes. All dinnerware, glasses and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen.

Leave all of your belongings within the one-bedroom, with there being plenty of storage space. Make use of the mirror cupboards - where you can do more than just simply check out your daily outfit. If you’re here on business and need some space to do your work, there is also a table within the room that can be used as a workspace. You’ll have access to free WIFI, to make your stay one of ease and stay connected to the entire world!When you want to call it a night the double bed is waiting for you. When you want to call it a night the double bed is waiting for you. Covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen, you’ll feel luxurious and at ease. Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen is provided for this option as well. You’ll all sleep in style, and wake up feeling refreshed and re-energised.
The property has one generous sized bathroom for you to scrub up and meet all of your hygiene needs. Perfect for groups and families, you’ll have a walk-in shower and a toilet, as well as a wide sink to brush those teeth spick and span. Complimentary toiletries will be made available for you with toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner ready for your use. There is also a hair dryer in a nearby cupboard.

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

When the washing is on, head out to the indoor balcony and take in the scenery, thinking about the beautiful place that you’ve been fortunate enough to come and see. You’re more than welcome to take a seat on the cool chair as well!

The apartment also has additional facilities for your use. There is an open gym, if you’re looking to maintain your healthy and motivational lifestyle whilst on break! Equipment available includes treadmills, exercise bikes, bench presses, and exercise balls.

There is also a luxurious pool area if you’re looking to cool down. There are tanning beds as well if you’re looking to lie in the sun and get your tan on. Alternatively, if swimming isn’t your thing, there is also a communal area with tables and chairs, where you can destress, and have some down time.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
