Offering an enviable lifestyle in a thriving spot, it's close enough to walk to absolutely everything, and yet, behind the front door is a tranquil retreat, away from the hustle and bustle. You’ll have clear and unobstructed views of Sydney’s Harbour Bridge and the Opera House making this the perfect pad for your stay in Sydney!
The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Darlinghurst. My idyllic apartment is located in the heart of Darlinghurst and offers easy access to numerous cafes, bars and shopping malls. On top of all of this, you’ll have clear views of Sydney’s CBD including the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. This is the place to be for the New Year’s fireworks.

My single bedroom home has been recently styled by some of Sydney’s best interior designers and home stylists making it the epitome of comfort and practicality. The living area has direct access to the oversized balcony and features a comfortable sofa and large LCD TV ready for you to kick back after a long day of exploring Sydney.

Featuring high-end stainless steel appliances the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. There’s a gas stove and oven enough storage space to keep all your groceries and snacks. Complimentary tea and coffee has been provided to help kickstart your mornings.

Once you’ve cooked up a delicious meal, enjoy it out on the balcony with seating for two. You’ll be greeted by fresh air and stunning views of Australia’s best city. All dinnerware, glassware and cutlery has been provided and can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers.

From there retire in the spacious bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed. The bed is fitted with hotel quality 750 thread count linen ready to give you a good night’s sleep in comfort and style. Additional guests can sleep on the fold out sofa bed located in the living room.

The home also features a large and modern bathroom with a spacious walk in shower fit for a king. If you’ve forgotten your toiletries, do not worry! Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and soaps have been provided along with toilet paper. Don’t forget there are also soft cotton towels ready to keep you dry! A salon hair dryer has also been kept in the cupboards.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the TV is fitted with Chromecast to enable you to stream from your laptop to the TV.

You’ll also have access to a separate laundry with both a washer-dryer combo. I’ve also provided both an iron and ironing board making my home perfect for business travelers and the longer stays.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Renowned for boutique shopping, premium dining and the best nightlife in the city, the suburb of Darlinghurst is home to Sydney’s high-end. The glitz and glam of Oxford Street bars and clubs is literally around the corner, whilst refined dining and shopping options are very closeby in neighbouring Surry Hills and Paddington. My home is also opposite the world-renowned Hyde Park which offers some of the best inner city parklands and walking tracks. You won’t be short of cafes, with the area of Darlinghurst offering a multitude of chic brunch spots that are awaiting your arrival!
Getting Around:
My home is perfectly positioned for you to walk to most sites in and around Sydney. You are already situated in the middle of Sydney, and all the shopping, dining and bars you need are within walking distance or a quick drive. Public transport is also very easy.
