Beautiful Beachside House with Five Bedrooms

Welcome to my family bungalow, sleeping ten guests, located in North Avoca near the beachfront. Here you can enjoy the sparkling waters of the bay and witness some of the most beautiful, quiet beaches of Australia. Perfect for a laid-back beachside getaway, this five bedroom renovated home has all the room you need to chill out after a long day’s worth of tanning at the beach. If you’re seeking pure relaxation and bliss, you’ve found yourself in an extraordinary area on the Central Coast of NSW.
The Space:
My home is a place that you can rely on to house all of your belongings and cater all of your needs, whilst you spend your days lounging by the beach and exploring the Central Coast and Avoca Bay.

As you enter my gorgeous, homely bungalow, the hallway streamlines into a spacious living room, fit for a large family or group. My kitchen is perfect for cooking up hearty delicious meals after long summer days at the nearby beaches. My clean kitchen is spacious with an extended kitchen island with plenty of benchtop space for preparing your favourite dishes. My kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances such as an oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge and dishwasher perfect for easy clean ups. I have provided dishware and diningware for your comfort and convenience as well as complimentary tea and coffee to accessorise your hearty morning breakfast. I have a Nespresso coffee machine as well.

There is plenty of sitting and dining space with 4 solid metal bar stools and a ten seater large dining table perfect for family gatherings. This large space can also double as a workspace which you can utilise with my ultra-fast unlimited WIFI for your convenience. Please note that there is also a separate study and desk area in another room. There is a bookshelf here with some books if you'd like to read. My dining and kitchen area also features a sliding door and air conditioning to help keep the environment cool during the summer.

My lounge area features another sliding door which leads onto a large spacious deck and colourful armchair and plush couches. You’ll definitely need some rest in between those breaks when the sun is too strong at the beach. My large LCD flat screen TV contains Chromecast for the convenience of entertainment from the comfort of your own home. The second lounging area is located upstairs with a plush couch and art pieces, this leads out onto the higher balcony which extends across the width of my house. In this living room there is an Xbox One and games, and a Netflix account on the TV.

The five bedrooms in the house will perfectly cater all your sleeping arrangements. Each of my beds are spacious and can fit 2 guests in each. My master bedroom has easy access to the balcony equipped with a comfortable queen bed. There is an occasional chair with a cushion and an ottoman in this room as well. My second bedroom contains a queen bed and large floor to ceiling wardrobe. There is also an occasional chair and cushion and an ottoman. My third bedroom contains a double bed with an occasional chair and cushion and side table. The fourth bedroom also has a double bed with a beanbag and ottoman. Additionally, my fifth bedroom is spacious and contains a spacious double-size sofa bed which folds out with extra queen sized linen provided. All beds come with hotel quality 750 thread count linen, to ensure you can get some rest if you’re suffering from that uneasy sunstroke/ sunburn. The large wide windows and air conditioning in every bedroom let in a refreshing stream of air as well as natural sunlight every morning.

My spacious, clean master bathroom contains an ensuite with a large mirror, tiled walls, and an oversized, oval deep-basin tub with spa and bubble activation for a relaxing bubble bath. This is definitely the stand-out relaxation after a well-spent day at the beach in Avoca Bay. There is also an over tub shower head for a quick rinse off. My second and third bathrooms are very clean and white with floor to ceiling wall tiles and spacious showers. Fluffy fresh towels, shampoo and body wash are provided to ease your stay. I have also provided a hairdryer for you located under the sink.

A washing machine and dryer are provided for you, as well as washing amenities for your use. These are located in a spacious separate room inside my house. Please note that when the dryer is in use, the laundry door needs to be kept open for ventilation. There is also a Dyson vacuum cleaner in storage under the staircase.

The standout moment for my home are the two outdoor lounging areas. The main outdoor lounge area contains 3 large outdoor lounge couches and table, perfect for basking in the sun with the family. The second outdoor area is located near the lush hedges with timber benches and a long table.
