Cosy Apartment with Infinity Pool and Gym

Welcome to the warm and comfortable hues of my one-bedroom apartment, located in Fortitude Valley! If you’re wanting a nice and cosy stay, my place sleeps four guests, with the close-knit living room, kitchen and bathroom, all being extremely worthwhile for your stay. You’ll feel right at home, knowing that you can truly wind down in a chic place, after a busy day of exploring. Get walking, or take a short drive to Brunswick Street Mall, and get a taste of the vibrant area!
The Space:
This newly furnished apartment calls all good-natured and tender humans, who seek a calming and relaxing stay. Let the window views of Brisbane’s North-east bring nothing but positive vibes, hoping to light up your stay. Travelling will be made easy, with the local station being a 3 minute walk, and regular bus services made available on Brunswick Street. If you’re seeking brunch options, you won’t starve for too long, given that Brunswick Street Mall is a 5 minute drive away. If you’re lucky enough to stay over the weekend, the weekend markets are a must; with jewellery, collectables and gifts on offer from up-and-coming designers. For a taste of Spain and to get your salsa on, make your way to Toro Bravo.

Moving into the apartment, you’ll immediately find yourself faced with a cosy living room. Here, you can sip on a chai latte whilst you chill by the couch, and get ready to watch your favourite shows on our LCD TV, fitted with Chromecast. The pillows and blankets will also ensure that you can binge watch as much as required.

Of course, watching TV isn’t made possible without some obligatory snacking. Turn to my spacious kitchen to satisfy all those cravings. The large marble benchtop, calls for more than enough room to get baking, and make those chocolate chip cookies! The kitchen is fitted with an oven, a gas stove, a quality sink, and a dishwasher to ensure you can get cooking. Whilst dessert may be covered, if you’re wanting to grab a bite out there’s much to explore. I highly recommend Gerard’s Bistro, a 13 minute drive away, that will surely give you a taste of the Middle East.

Be sure to utilise the circular dining table that seats four people. The comfortable suede chairs, will have you glued to the table - and probably eating more in this case. All dinnerware, glasses and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. If you want to enjoy the views a little more, the indoor balcony has a table for two, where you and company can cheers to a cheeky glass of wine. Alternatively, if you ever find yourself in a rush and need a quick bite to eat before you head out, there are three stools by the kitchen benchtop.

When you’re looking to call it a night, and can feel the bags under your eyes, the bedroom is waiting for you! There is one bedroom fitted with a double bed and covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - to maximise your sleep. You’ll also have beautiful views from here, waking up to the picturesque morning sunrise. If you’re here on business and need some space to do your work, I have your workstation down-packed! You’ll be able to work at the desk within the room, and I’ve also got free WIFI all sorted for you. Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen is provided for this option as well.

The property has one generous sized bathroom, with a toilet and shower. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. There is also a hair dryer on site, should you require to fix up your hair for the day ahead.

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

The apartment also has additional facilities for your use. There is an open gym, if you’re looking to maintain your healthy and motivational lifestyle whilst on break! Equipment available includes treadmills, exercise bikes, bench presses, and exercise balls.

There is also a luxurious pool area if you’re looking to cool down. There are tanning beds as well if you’re looking to lie in the sun and get your tan on. Alternatively, if swimming isn’t your thing, there is also a communal area with tables and chairs, where you can destress, and have some down time.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Fortitude Valley and available for contact by email o
