My home offers a luxurious escape with recently renovated interiors and light-filled spaces. Located in central Mosman, my ground-floor residence allows you to live in absolute comfort while visiting Sydney, featuring two bedrooms, a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bathroom, on-site parking and private entertainers courtyard, this is a place where memories are made.
The Space:
Welcome to my home! This sunny, bright and easy-to-find apartment offers exceptional convenience and well-appointed finishes, being just a stone's throw away from the shopping, eating and entertaining hubs within Mosman. You’ll find yourself only minutes from the famous Balmoral Beach - perfect during the summer and equally enjoyable for picnics all year round.

Recently renovated and ready for your arrival, my delightful home is conveniently positioned on the ground floor of a boutique, modern complex. Blessed with delightfully sunny aspect, the entire apartment offers warm and comfortable living spaces that are drenched with beautiful natural light throughout.

Open-plan living and dining extend outwards to a gorgeous courtyard accessed via French doors and is complete with outdoor table and chairs. A morning cup of tea or meal throughout the day is so enjoyable from this very spot. The Scandinavian-inspired living room features a plush sofa bed, perfect for chatting with friends or kicking-back and watching a bit of TV.

A large dining setting for six is positioned between just beyond the kitchen and living room - equally great for home cooked meals or quick breakfasts-to-go for the busy traveller.

The galley style kitchen is great for whipping up your favourite meals and includes many home comforts - electric appliances, microwave, fridge, oven, stove and dishwasher - as well as plenty of storage and bench space. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided - to make sure you have something to start your day!

What I love about my home is the natural light that brightens every room inside and the bedrooms are no exception. The two comfortable double bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes - perfect for storing luggage while travelling.

Additional guests are welcome to use the double bed sized sofa bed located in the living room. Additional linen, including an extra comfort quilt, are available for your use to ensure everyone has a great night sleep.

The well-maintained bathroom has a combined shower and bath, and you’ll find complimentary shampoo and conditioner under the sink. A salon hair-dryer is included to make sure you’re looking at your best!

Notable features of the building include full brick construction that will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter, a sizeable washing machine within the kitchen space, and a carport, with easy access from the street.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

My place is a lovely home and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The surrounding restaurants and cafes down the road near Balmoral Beach and further, those within Cremorne, will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Mosman is renowned for its variety of shopping, eating and socialising - and my home is close to the action. Only 5 minutes away is Mosman Village where you will find high-end boutique shopping ranging from Camilla and Country Road to Jo Malone and Marcs. Supermarkets, bakeries and other assorted shops are also nearby at the BridgePoint shopping centre.

The famous Balmoral Beach is just down the road from my apartment and is home to iconic beaches, parklands and cafe options. You’ll find that a morning walk down to Balmoral Beach is the perfect start to your time away.
