Cosy Luxury Apartment for 4 w/ Pool, Gym & Parking

Welcome to one of Sydney’s newest designer apartments. Found in quiet suburban Wolli Creek, Sydney’s bustling CBD is only a 15 min trip from the station. My apartment is beautifully simple & spacious, able to house up to four guests. The apartment complex also has pools and a gym, providing you with ample leisure options during your stay. With Sydney airport a 6 minute trip to and from my apartment, this is an ideal location to base yourself before exploring the Sydney’s many attractions.
The Space:
Upon entering my apartment, you will first find the kitchen to your right. It is furnished with high-end appliances from the world’s leading manufacturers, including an oven, dishwasher and a refrigerator, among others. Along with the pantries and cupboards, wherein I have provided full sets of tableware and glassware, I have provided the tools necessary for you to create a premium-quality meal, should you chose to eat at home.

Further on is the living area, where I have provided a flat-screen LCD television for your entertainment, allowing you access to Australia’s wide range of free broadcasting. The glass coffee table is compact, but allows you to store items on its multiple levels during your stay. The compact nature of the table makes it easier to move, which you are wont to do should you wish to retract the sofa-bed, which allows two guests to bed for the night. The dining table is perfect for quiet, intimate dinners, or as a temporary workspace using my high-speed WiFi. However, you may want to consider using an opaque surface when working with a laser mouse on the glass surface of the dining table. The balcony is covered and spacious, giving you ample space to relax in the warm Sydney sun.

The single bedroom has a queen bed, which has hotel-quality linen and bedding that will provide respite to any weary traveller. To ensure your satisfaction, all bedding is professionally cleaned every stay and if replaced regularly. With the lamps I provide on the bedside tables, you can read or manage your affairs from the comfort of your own bed. You are welcome to make my apartment your own for the duration of your stay, and are therefore welcome to fully utilise the convenience of my large, modern, mirrored wardrobe. The luxurious bathroom is compact and highly utilitarian. It has an oversized shower where you can soak after a long day of exploring Sydney. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.

The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.

Ample street car parking is available in front of the house.

My apartment complex also has pools and gym facilities, which you can ultilise during your stay at your leisure.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Wolli Creek is a newly developed neighbourhood, but is nevertheless filled with stores, cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets, like Woolworths (2 minutes walk) are extremely closeby, and are able to provide the ingredients you require to craft your own meals. Many cuisines, like Australian, French, Chinese, Japanese and Thai, are offered around Wolli Creek.
Getting Around:
You’ll have access to secure and private parking which means getting around by car is a cinch. Access to public transport from my apartment is extremely convenient. Sydney CBD is merely a 15 minute train ride from Wolli Creek Train Station, which is a 3 minute walk from my property, which allows you to access nearly all of Sydney via the extensive train system.
