Large Designer Home for 8 in the Jervis Bay Area

Welcome to my family bungalow, sleeping eight guests, located in Vincentia, Jervis Bay. Here you can enjoy the sparkling waters of the bay and witness some of the whitest sands in the world. Perfect for a laid-back beachside getaway, this three bedroom renovated home has all the room you need to chill out after a long day’s worth of tanning at the beach. If you’re seeking pure relaxation and bliss, you’ve found yourself in an extraordinary area on the South Coast of NSW. Happy beach hunting!
The Space:
My home is a place that you can rely on to house all of your belongings and cater all of your needs, whilst you spend your days lounging by the beach and exploring the South Coast. Since you’re in the beautiful Vincentia, the central location makes it extremely easy to get around to places. You’re a 2-minute drive to the Vincentia Shopping Village, where you can stock up on groceries at Coles, and grab some freshly baked bread from Bakers Delight. If you’re planning on getting a nice breakfast, I recommend taking a 5 minute drive to 5 Little Pigs, where you can treat yourself to a wide array of dishes including some buttermilk pancakes or a bacon and egg roll.

As you enter my gorgeous, homely bungalow, the hallway streamlines into a spacious living room, fit for a large family or group. The multiple sofas lure you in, and are a great place for you to lounge around during the day. You’ll definitely need some rest in between those breaks when the sun is too strong at the beach. My large LCD flat screen TV contains Chromecast for the convenience of entertainment from the comfort of your own home.

Sectioned off through sliding doors, the spacious timber kitchen features your necessity appliances for cooking up a delicious meal. A stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and quality sink are made available for you. Bring your A-game and show your company how great of a cook you are. Alternatively, if you’re not a fan of cooking whilst away, Dominos Pizza is only a call away, or a 5-minute drive away, located in Huskisson.

The large dining table comfortably fits six guests for a dinner party, especially after a long day of exploring Jervis Bay. I have provided dishware and diningware for your comfort and convenience as well as complimentary tea and coffee to accessorise your hearty morning breakfast. It’s important to note that this dining table can be used as a temporary workspace, if you’re here on business. You also have access to my unlimited, ultra-fast WIFI for your convenience. If you’re a huge fan of the weather, take the meal outside to the tables and chairs, where you can all take a seat wherever it pleases you and enjoy the peaceful hues of the area.

The three bedrooms in the house will perfectly cater all your sleeping arrangements. The first bedroom contains a queen bed covered in a queen quilt, and has a timber vanity which can be used as storage. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and is covered with a queen quilt. In this room, make use of the bedside tables and lamps, if you wish to read a book before bed. The third bedroom has two single beds that are covered with single quilt covers. This room contains a TV - and trust me, there’s nothing better than watching TV from the comfort of your bed. All beds come with hotel quality 750 thread count linen, to ensure you can get some rest if you’re suffering from that uneasy sunstroke/ sunburn. The large wide windows in every bedroom let in a refreshing stream of air as well as natural sunlight every morning. Additional guests can use the lounges as a sofa bed, with there being linen provided to make their sleep extra comfortable.

My spacious, clean bathroom contains a large mirror, tiled walls, and a deep-basin tub for a relaxing bubble bath after a well-spent day at the beach in Jervis Bay. You can also shower within this tub, with thanks to the shower head, that will ensure you get that quick rinse and scrub off the unnecessary sand, after you’ve had that soothing bath. Fluffy fresh towels, shampoo and body wash are provided to ease your stay. I have also provided a hairdryer for you located under the sink.

The standout moment for my home is our gorgeous backyard, consisting of two outdoor lounge areas lying near the climbing vine plants and shade protected barriers. This backyard is perfect for children to play around in. The large lawn also contains a clothing line for your convenience and there is a separate laundry room for you to do the washing. A washing machine and dryer are provided for you, as well as washing amenities for your use.

My place will perfectly compliment your getaway! Make sure you soak up the beautiful South Coast of NSW, and make the most out of your time away at the fantastic and inviting beaches.
