Cute Apartment with Smart TV, Aircon and Parking

Welcome to my one-bedroom apartment, that is conveniently located in Abbotsford, the perfect place for you to experience Melbourne in its most authentic light. Sleeping four guests, let my place ensure you have a trip that’s smooth-sailing with thanks to the bathroom, kitchen, open living room, and secure parking available. You’re a quick stroll away from Victoria Park Railway Station and local bus stops, allowing you to access nearly all of Melbourne via the extensive public transport system.
The Space:
Located in Abbotsford, with surrounding areas of Collingwood, Fitzroy and Melbourne’s CBD nearby, you’ll see absolutely everything you plan on seeing. Travelling will be made extremely easy for you, with a bus stop located around the corner on Johnston Street, or Victoria Railway Station, only a 4 minute walk away. Starting off locally, if you’re wanting to get your grocery fix, IGA, is a 2 minute walk from mine. You can even head to Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre, which has a Coles, Gloria Jeans, Hoyts and many other retailers on site.

As you enter the lovely latte hues of my place, you’ll be faced with an open area which will instil a buzz of excitement in your system, because the very beginning of your holiday starts here. You’ll find the couch in the corner pushed against the back wall. Covered in an endless supply of plush pillows, you can laze around here and take a little nap. As you do so, you’ll also be faced with a Smart TV, where you can log in and watch your favourite shows on Netflix! You’re also directly near the air conditioning, so you can be cool whilst having a lie down.

Moving around the corner, the compact kitchen, is the perfect little spot for you to make any meals that you wish. The top quality oven, gas stove, microwave, quality sink, and a refrigerator, are ready to be utilised. Prepare a cup of tea and a bacon and egg roll for breakfast, and for dinner make a nice cheesy dish of nachos for you and company. If you’re looking to head out for some dinner I recommend heading for a 2 minute drive to Mesa Greek Cuisine, where you can indulge in an endless supply of pita bread, dips, and meat off the spit.

Take these delicious meals to the dining table that seats four. You’ll feel comfortable in these wooden seats that are covered in a cushion padding. Enjoy plenty of laughter and discussion with company on the table, over some homely cooked meals. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for the meals during your stay. If you’re here on business, the dining table can be used as a temporary workspace, where you’ll also have access to high-speed and unlimited WIFI.

The bedroom is sectioned off, and located to the side of the kitchen. The double bed is ready for you to take a snooze, after a long and tiring day of exploring and eating. The bedroom is spacious, with a full-length mirrored wardrobe to store all of your luggage. The bed is covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - perfect for a night’s rest after a full day of exploring Melbourne’s finest tourist sites.Wake up to natural rays of the sunlight peaking through from the window, and get ready for another day ahead.



The bathroom, with its tiled walls is fitted with a bathtub, a double mirror cupboard, and a decent sized sink. The bathtub has a shower curtain, which can be used for privacy and water splashing around. The bathroom contains high-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and soap, which you are more than welcome to use throughout the duration of our stay. A salon hairdryer is also located within the bathroom, should you wish to dry your hair or give it a style before you head out again.

You’ll also have access to laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer, making those longer stays hassle-free.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to my home, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Abbotsford and available for contact by email or phone.

Welcome to Abbotsford, which is 2km east of Melbourne’s CBD. There’s much to see and do, given that you’re extremely central to the most notable places in Melbourne. Starting off locally, if you’re wanting to get your grocery fix, IGA, is a 2 minute walk. For a retail fix, Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre, is a 7 minute drive away, with a Coles, Gloria Jeans, Hoyts and many other retailers on site.
