Lush Apartment with Water Views, Pool & Parking

Welcome to my three-bedroom apartment in the sunny Biggera Waters. Located directly across the Broadwater from the famous Gold Coast Spit, you’ll have superb water views right from the balcony. Accommodating a total of 7 guests, you’ll sleep comfortably, and have access to an open living room, dining table, kitchen and two bathrooms. The prime location of my apartment will make travelling super convenient, as you’ll be able to head to local shopping centres or even Surfers Paradise in no time!
The Space:
A stay at mine will ensure you get to see all the wonders of the beautiful Gold Coast. Travelling will be made extremely easy for you, with trips via car being very short and sweet, local bus stops being accessed 5 minutes away at Harbour Town, or even walking being a viable option around the area - given the close proximity of everything. You’re just a 4 minute walk to Woolworths which will be most convenient, should you wish to pick up any groceries. After a long day of sightseeing and enjoying the area, head to Dublin Docks Tavern for a laid-back pub feed with stellar harbour views, which offers your favourite classic bistro meals and is only a 7 minute walk from mine.

Now onto my luxurious pad! As you step inside, you’ll immediately be faced with the large space of the open living room. Endless rays of light will fill the space with thanks to the floor to ceiling windows, that open up into the outdoor balcony. The cushions on the couch invite you to take a seat and lounge around in front of the LCD TV, fitted with Chromecast. The coffee tables are perfect for you to place a cup of coffee nearby alongside some magazines, as you enjoy binge watching your favourite shows. There’s also a rocking chair nearby, should you wish to kick back and listen to some music in your spare time.

Head into the large kitchen that is sectioned off within the apartment, to give you enough space to whip up some of the best meals in some privacy. Fitted with an oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and quality sink, you’ll have all your cooking ways easily sorted. After a big grocery shop, stock up the pantry with all your goods, and start preparing whenever you need. The marble benchtop is large enough for multiple people to prepare meals simultaneously. Whether you’re all making some gourmet sandwiches together or have allocated cooking duties amongst yourselves, you’ll have enough space to get through meal prep. If cooking is something that doesn’t cross your mind when you’re away on holidays there are plenty of places that you can try nearby. Wear some sombreros, sip some margaritas and have some authentic dishes at a lively Mexican joint known as Pickled Cactus, only a 1 minute walk away.

Once your food is done simmering in the pot, it’s time to plate it up and eat! Take your meals to the dining table in the open living area, which seats four people. All dinnerware, glasses and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. Enjoy eating with your company, as you make use out of this cute wooden table. Alternatively, if you’re on business, this table can be used as a temporary workspace. I’ve also got free and unlimited WIFI all sorted for you! If you’re wanting a change of scenery, there’s a three seater table with chairs on the balcony, overlooking views of the Biggera Waters. This is the perfect spot for you to distress over a glass of wine.

When you’re ready to call it a night, there are three bedrooms awaiting. Feel the sensation of the soft carpet brush up against your feet as you step foot into the rooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, whilst the other has a single bed. The rooms have mirror cupboards which can be used to store any of your belongings/ endless amount of shopping bags. The master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows, which open up to the balcony, where you’ll be able to wake up to the beautiful views of the river and the entirety of the town. Lay your head on the fluffy pillows, which will provide utter comfort and ensure you get the best sleep over your time away. The beds are fitted with hotel quality 750 thread count linen. For those extra guests, the sofa in the living room folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen is provided for this option as well, and you’ll be waking up to amazing views as well from here.

The property has two generous sized bathrooms, where you’ll have more than enough space to freshen up. Cool down by taking a shower, and get ready for what’s ahead feeling clean and tidy. Both bathrooms are kept exceptionally clean for your use, and feature complimentary toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. The ensuite bathroom is extremely spacious featuring a double sink, two mirrors, a shower and a toilet. The mirrors will aid you when undergoing your daily skincare routine or when touching up your make-up. The main bathroom is quite similar, featuring a shower-tub, a toilet and a quality sink with plenty of space to line u
