Luxe Living in Fortitude Valley with Pool & Gym

My apartment features one oversized bedroom, one modern bathroom, and open plan luxurious living. Not to mention the glamorous pool deck with views sweeping over the city.
The Space:
Combining ultimate styling and functionality, my home is the perfect retreat when you are visiting Brisbane and the surrounding regions. Fortitude Valley is home to Brisbane’s first class restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques.
With dazzling views of the Brisbane skyline from my apartment, you’ll never tire of relaxing in comfortable luxury. Superior facilities such as an outdoor rooftop pool and entertaining deck ensure you’ll make the most of your time away in Australia’s trendiest capital city.
You’ll love the generously-sized gourmet kitchen with stone splashback and premium appliances ready for cooking. Featuring executive stainless steel appliances, as well as a brand new oven and stove top, you and your guests will effortlessly be able to whip up delicious meals.
Moving into the kitchen, you’ll find a large dining table seating up to 4 guests generously. Full crockery and dining facilities are available for you to entertain in style during your time away in Brisbane. The table serves as functional desk space for the travelling professional as well.
My guests can enjoy plush sofas and large flat screen Samsung TV. From the sofa, you can enjoy sweeping views of the skyline in a fabulously flight setting. Opening up from the living room is a covered entertaining balcony and includes Italian-inspired outdoor dining. The sofa in the living room also converts into a two-person sofa bed, which fits 2 guests comfortably when sleeping. Extra towels, linen and pillows are provided upon request for this sofa bed.
Heading into the bedroom, you’ll find hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows two-person bed. The bedroom also features large sliding wardrobes with full length mirrors, storage, as well as windows that keep each room feeling airy and spacious.
With all towels and bathroom essentials provided, you’ll quickly relax in my bathroom. Next to the bathroom, you also have access to a large washing and drying machine, ironing board and iron.
Upstairs you can enjoy the outdoor pool, with covered lounge chairs and entertaining spaces. The upper deck also features a club lounge where you can enjoy amazing views of the Brisbane city skyline. Gym facilities are also available for my guests.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Fortitude Valley and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Fortitude Valley is Brisbane’s finest precincts, with world-class dining, bars and shopping all within a 2 minute walk from my home. Home to some of Brisbane’s best boutiques, Fortitude Valley is a hive of local, independent stores filled with unique finds. Nearby is Chinatown, offering some of the best in Asian cuisine from local providers and markets.

You’ll find outstanding brunch options and bars to spend time with friends. Just 10 minutes away is the Brisbane CBD, and the Southbank area where you can find further dining options and tourist hotspots.

Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Queensland Performing Arts Centre are all located in the Southbank area, and can be easily accessed by train - from Fortitude Valley train station.

Nearby my apartment, are many supermarkets that can be accessed on foot as well, including Coles and Woolworths.
Getting Around:
Accessing all of Brisbane’s top tourist destinations can be easily done on foot from my apartment - it is in such a central location. You can walk to all of Brisbane’s most famous restaurants and bars, and you can also easily access the City Botanic Gardens.

Nearby train station at Fortitude Valley will also make your travels easier - not to mention the various bus services right outside Brunswick Street, around the corner from my ap
