Luxury Beach Home with Spacious Rooms & Parking

Located in the brand new ‘Magnoli Residence’ just opposite Palm Beach on the Gold Coast, my four-bedroom home is beautifully furnished and styled, combining sophistication and elegance with modern luxury living. Accommodating up to ten guests, you’ll have access to three bathrooms, an open living room, a kitchen and a neat backyard where you can embrace the salty breeze of the ocean. You’ll have the ultimate beachside living experience, with an abundance of things to see and do nearby.
The Space:
If you’re looking to spend majority of your time at the beach, or exploring the Gold Coast, I have the perfect getaway home for you, that will deliver all the leisure you need. With private parking, getting around will be too easy for you. If you want to head to Surfers Paradise or explore the city of the Gold Coast, there are also regular bus services that are available on the Gold Coast Highway. A 5-minute walk will get you to the spectacular Palm Beach. You’re also a 4-minute drive away to the local Coles supermarket, where you can pick up groceries for your entire stay. You’ll be surrounded by an influx of cafes and restaurants along your way, so if you’re up for some ribs and American-style burgers, head to Lester and Earl for a feast!

As you enter the peaceful surroundings of my place, the crisp white palette of the interior has been inspired from the beautiful sand, shells and light of Palm Beach. Take in the beauty of the place, as you step into the living room. With a couch and ottoman, you’ll be able to lounge around and engage in conversation with company. Alternatively, you can watch television from the LCD TV, that’s fitted with Chromecast. Movie nights sound good to me!

Head around the corner, and be faced with the heavenly sight of the kitchen. You’ll be able to make all those communal dinners here. Perfect for making your go-to dishes such as chicken schnitzel, fried rice and salads. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is sorted with thanks to the oven, gas stove, quality sink and dishwasher. Utilise the wide bench space to whip up meals of your choosing.

To eat all of your meals, take a seat at the dining table, that seats 8 people - the more the merrier right? Be prepared to gather as a group for big meals, a wide array of dishes to choose from, and overeating. I have this all sorted for you with dinnerware, glasses and cutlery, located within the cupboards of the kitchen. If you’re here on business and need some space to do your work, this table can definitely be used as a temporary workspace. If you’re whizzing up some bacon and eggs in the morning, you can also eat them by the kitchen bench that has two stools.

Take a walk around the corner and head upstairs to organise your sleeping arrangements. There are four highly contested bedrooms to choose from! Bless that sweet head of yours and get comfortable with thanks to the double beds that each room has. All rooms are large and fitted with storage options for your use. One room even has a walk-in-wardrobe which will fit all of the items you purchase on your shopping splurge. Your stay will be made luxurious, with the beds being covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen. For those additional guests, you can sleep on the ever-so roomy sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. You’ll still sleep just as comfortably here, with linen also provided for this option. No matter which bedroom you pick, I can assure you, you’ll get that good night sleep after a long day of exploring and tanning at the beach.

The property has three generous sized bathrooms, both ideal for groups and families. The main bathroom features a double sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The remaining bathrooms both feature a single sink, walk-in shower and toilet. To ensure you can get a proper cleanse and wash away all that sand, I’ve provided each bathroom with complimentary toiletries, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner.There is also a hair dryer on site, should you require to fix up your hair for the day ahead.

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

If you have spare time on your hands and are too burnt from tanning on the wide, sandy beach nearby, kick back in the large backyard of mine - that has the perfect combination of shade and sun.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your
