Central Brisbane Apartment with River Views

With fresh interiors and stylish functionality, you can enjoy the city’s best galleries, museums, bars, restaurants and shopping boutiques within a short walking distance. My apartment features two oversized bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living and secure parking free.

Located on the edge of Brisbane Royal Botanic Gardens, you’ll find my apartment is so close to everything in town, and with views of the Story Bridge from the main bedroom. This apartment can sleep up to 4 guests.
The Space:
A pure statement in contemporary, fresh design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat situated in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD precinct - home to the city’s finest restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques.

With dazzling views of the Brisbane skyline and river from my apartment, you’ll never tire of relaxing in comfortable luxury. Superior facilities such as an entertaining deck ensure you’ll make the most of your time away in Australia’s trendiest capital city.

Entering my home, you’ll love the generously-sized chef’s kitchen. Featuring executive stainless steel appliances, as well as an oven and stovetop, it is perfect for guests to whip up quick and delicious meals.

Beyond the kitchen, you’ll find a large dining table seating up to 4 guests generously. I will provide full crockery and dining facilities to ensure you can keep yourselves entertained in style throughout your time away in Brisbane. The table serves as functional desk space for the traveling professional as well.

Moving into the chic living room, guests can enjoy a plush sofa seating, as well as a large flat screen TV. From the sofa, you can enjoy sweeping views of the skyline in a fabulously light setting. Opening up from the living room is a covered entertaining balcony that is fabulous for a morning cup of coffee or for a dazzling sit down dinner with friends.

Heading into the bedrooms, you’ll find hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows in both rooms on the two queen size beds. The bedrooms also feature large sliding wardrobes with large mirrors, storage, as well as window views of the city below.

With a white-wash handbasin and a walk-in shower, my main bathroom will service all your needs. The two bathrooms include quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels for all my guests. Next to the bathroom, you also have access to a large washing and drying machine, ironing board and iron.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made to collect keys onsite.
The Neighborhood:
My apartment is set amongst Brisbane’s world-class dining, bars and shopping all within a 2 minute walk. Home to some of Brisbane’s best boutiques, the surrounding region is a hive of local, independent stores filled with unique finds. Daytime strolls along the river will allow you to soak up the Australian sun with great cafes always nearby for a quick break.

My apartment works as the perfect base to explore the best that Brisbane has to offer. Along Felix Street, you’ll find delicious brunch options and cafes to spend time with friends. Just a two minute away is the Southbank area where you can find further dining options and tourist hotspots.

Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Queensland Performing Arts Centre are all located in the Southbank area, and can be easily accessed via taxi or Uber.

Nearby my apartment, are many supermarkets that can be accessed on foot as well, including Coles and Woolworths.
Getting Around:
Accessing all of Brisbane’s top tourist destinations can be easily done on foot from my apartment - it is in such a central location. You can walk to all of Brisbane’s most famous restaurants and bars, and you can also easily access the City Botanic Gardens.
The Brisbane Airport Train is so convenient and will drop you off 1 minute walk away from my apartment - it makes travel a cinch.
Of course, if you prefer travelling by car, this is also an option. I have free secure parking for my guests.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
