Welcome to my newly furnished home in the beautiful and peaceful Point Cook. My designer property comfortably sleeps ten guests and comes packed with all the amenities you need. With a complete kitchen, two bathrooms, private laundry facilities and parking, this is the perfect Airbnb for your stay in Melbourne. You’ll be a short drive from Stockland Point Cook which is a large shopping centre packed with supermarkets, boutique stores, restaurants and cafes.
The Space:
My brand new home is the epitome of convenience. You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport including regular bus services on Boardwalk Boulevard which will connect you with the surrounding area and take you directly to the Melbourne CBD. With private parking, getting around a cinch! A 10 minute drive will take you straight to Stockland Point Cook which is a large shopping centre filled with supermarkets, boutique stores, restaurants and cafes. Pick up your groceries from Aldi, Woolworths or Coles and make the most of my complete kitchen. Alternatively, you can eat out at local restaurants including Master Shifu located on Tom Roberts Parade or head to Point Cook Fish and Chips.

Moving into the home you’ll be greeted by a large open space living room featuring two comfortable sofas and an LCD TV fitted with Chromecast. Kick back and relax after a long day of exploring Melbourne and stream your favorite TV shows directly to your TV. Thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI, business travellers can use the desk space as their temporary workstation.

My kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances you could possibly need for Michelin quality dining. Make the most of the gas stove, oven, kettle, and toaster to cook up a storm. Don’t worry about hand washing as a dishwasher and the necessary detergent has been provided. I’ve also left some tea and coffee to help kickstart your mornings and re-energise your afternoons. If you don’t want to make the most of the kitchen, you can order in or take advantage of UberEats and Deliveroo.

Once you’ve cooked up a delicious meal, you can enjoy it at the dining table that comfortably seats six guests with enough room for sharing plates. Meals can also be enjoyed at the breakfast bar with room for three. There’s an also an outdoor alfresco dining area should you wish to get some fresh air. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery has been provided and can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. Both these areas can also double as temporary workstations.

After exploring the best Melbourne has on offer, retire in one of the four large bedrooms. Each bedroom features comfortable double beds with 750 thread count hotel quality linen. They look good and feel great and will guarantee you a good night’s sleep. All bedrooms have enough space to store any luggage and shopping from nearby stores. The main bedroom also features an ensuite with shower.

My property comes with two bathrooms total. The main bathroom features a walk in shower and bathtub. If you’ve forgotten your toiletries, don’t worry! Complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided to help you scrubadub. A salon hairdryer is available under the basin and soft cotton fluffy towels have been available to keep you dry. The second bathroom is an ensuite and also features walk in shower making this the perfect for groups and families.

You’ll have access a separate laundry featuring both a washer and dryer plus the necessary detergents. An iron and ironing have also been made available.

If you wanna work off those Melbourne calories, my property hosts a chic home gym with exercise bike, stepper and bosu ball. Make the open space and work off a sweat.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Point Cook is a peaceful and quiet suburb of Melbourne. It’s the perfect spot for families thanks to there being Point Cook Secondary School just nextdoor. There are numerous shopping options include Pacific Werribee shopping center, one of Melbourne’s largest shopping centres (10 min drive). You’ll find department stores, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. THere’s also the Werribee Open Range Zoo; an African themed zoo in Melbourne.
