Welcome to my stunning two bedroom apartment located in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD. This stunning complex is merely an 8 minute walk away from Central Station and showcases the finest rooftop infinity pool views of Brisbane’s breathtaking skyline. You’ll have access to an open living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, as well as a pool, gym and secure parking. Located directly opposite Saint John's Cathedral, this skyscraper apartment is not one to be missed.
The Space:
My apartment is designed by one of Australia’s top designers, equipped with a rooftop leisure deck, 20m long infinity pool, BBQ area, relaxing tanning lounges, shared dining room and theatre room and rooftop gym. This apartment is designed for entertainment and a luxury Brisbane lifestyle!

As you enter my home, you are met with a stunning open kitchen, dining and lounge area. My inner city apartment features stunning floor to ceiling windows letting in an abundance of natural light as well a large ceiling fan in the lounge. My kitchen is tucked away into the wall with a dark splashback, dark hardwood cupboards with cream accents and a large stand-alone kitchen island. My kitchen features stainless steel high-end appliances such as an oven, stovetop, microwave and hidden dishwasher. I have also provided dishwashing liquid for ease of washing up. I have provided crockery and dishware for you in the kitchen cupboards along with complimentary tea and coffee.

My dining area faces the kitchen set with a large 6 seater dining set perfect for a large family dinner or entertaining. This can also double as a workspace which you may utilise with my high speed unlimited WiFi.

My lounge contains a seat and sofa set with a large flat screen TV equipped with Chromecast for streaming your favourite movies. My floor to ceiling windows wrap around showcasing lush street views of the gorgeous gothic cathedral across the road and the Brisbane parkscape below. The sliding windows in my lounge lead to my outdoor spacious balcony area for dinner parties or entertaining. This balcony is equipped with an outdoor dining set large enough to seat 4 adults showcasing 90 degree stunning Brisbane views.

My master bedroom contains a large bed with hotel quality linen and many decorative pillows. The wall is wrapped around with stunning full length windows that overlook sweeping views of the Brisbane’s skyline and surrounding residential suburbs. It contains plenty of storage with floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes. My second bedroom contains similar high quality linen and a double bed with plush freshly cleaned sheets and a full length mirrored wardrobe. Both bedrooms contain ducted air conditioning to keep you cool during the hot Brisbane summer. My sofa in the lounge can also pull out as a comfortable double sized sofa bed for extra guests.

The two clean and minimal bathrooms are spacious with large glass showers and sink areas. They are a neutral colour with designer finishes and floor to ceiling tiling. I have also provided complimentary toiletries, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience. I’ve also equipped the bathroom with a hairdryer which is located beneath the sink.

My home also comes equipped with laundry facilities with detergent provided for longer stays.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in the heart of the city - there is no better location for an airbnb! A Woolworths supermarket is a 4 minute walk down the road with Queen Street mall and Queens Plaza, Wintergarden, the Myer Center a short distance away for the best Brisbane shopping. Noosa Chocolate Factory is a speciality chocolate experience. This apartment complex is located with the famous West End dining precinct just down the road featuring Brisbane’s best fine dining. Attractions such as the famous John’s Cathedral are located across the road with King George Square, Treasury Casino & Hotel, Reddacliff Place, Brisbane City Botanic Gardens located close by. The Brisbane River views are a close stroll away.
Getting Around:
The priceless location of this apartment means you can explore the extent of Brisbane City on foot.
