Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in the Bowen Hills. As part of the Cloudland Complex, this is the perfect spot to begin your travels in one of Australia’s exciting cities. My home sleeps six guests and comes with two bathrooms, a spacious living room, private parking and access to a pool, tennis court and BBQ, this is the perfect Airbnb for your stay in Brisbane.
The Space:
Upon entering my home, you’ll be amazed by the abundant light and spacious interiors that flow through all the rooms. The grand, open plan living space features chic fittings such as a premium sofa as well as a large flat screen TV, perfect for entertaining or before heading out for the night. Soak up the morning or afternoon sun throughout the living space, or head outside and dine on the alfresco dining area after a dip in the pool or game of tennis.

Moving to the dining table, you’ll be able to fit six guests very comfortably with added room in mind for big dinners and sharing plates! My home has been designed with entertaining in mind - with plenty of room for guests to enjoy themselves. All dinnerware, glassware and cutlery can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. Alternatively you can head outside and enjoy your meals by the pool at the alfresco dining area. The dining table can also double as a temporary workstation thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI found throughout my home.

Taking inspiration from some of the best kitchens in Europe, my kitchen includes high-end stainless appliances and a sleek splashback - this kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. The kitchen also features a dishwasher so you won’t have to worry about hand washing when holidaying in Australia. The necessary detergent has been provided along with tea and coffee to help kickstart your mornings.

The property features two generously sized bedrooms each featuring luxurious hotel mattresses with extra support for a sound night’s sleep. The main bedroom features a queen bed whilst the second bedroom features a double bed. Both beds have 750 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests. Bedside lamps flank the bed making any night time reading easy. We’ve left a couple of magazines in the house for you read if you’ve forgotten your own.

Additional guests can comfortably stay on the sofa bed that can be converted in the living room, which fits two guests quite comfortably. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request.

My home hosts two bathrooms with the main bathroom featuring a walk in shower kept clean by the team at swiftly.cleaning. The second bathroom features a shower-tub combo to help you scrubadub. If you’ve forgotten your toiletries don’t worry as I’ve provided shampoo, conditioner and soap.

My apartment also features a large separate internal laundry featuring a washing machine, dryer, and iron plus ironing board.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be located in the heart of Brisbane with access to world-class dining, bars and shopping all a short walk from my home. Home to some of Brisbane’s best boutiques, Brisbane City is a hive of local, independent stores filled with unique finds. Daytime strolls along the river will allow you to soak up the Australian sun with great cafes always nearby for a quick break. Nearby my home, are many supermarkets that can be accessed on foot as well, including Coles and Woolworths. You'll be only 5 minutes from the Emporium and Gasworks precincts and a 10 minute walk from the James Street precinct and Fortitude Valley where you'll find a myriad of Brisbane's best restaurants, cafes and bars.
Getting Around:
You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport including frequent bus services on adjacent streets and just a short walk from Bowen Hills station. My property also comes with parking which means getting around by car is a cinch. You can head in and out of the city with ease and a 10 minute walk will take you
