Welcome to the most centrally located Melbourne City airbnb apartment! Located on the corner of Little Bourke and William Street this two bedroom apartment is one of Melbourne’s most iconic residential developments. A short stroll away from Southern Cross station, Flagstaff gardens, Melbourne’s famous laneways and cafes, and Bourke Street Mall. This complex provides a rooftop pool, gym and lounge with 24 hour concierge. At the heart of the city, this is not a location to be missed.
The Space:
Upon entering my luxury city apartment you will find a family retreat. The modern galley style kitchen area is provides full view to the lounge with white finished benchtops and an island which can be used for dining or preparing your favourite meals from the comfort of our own home. High end, stainless steel appliances such as an integrated Miele fridge and concealed dishwasher fit into the cupboard space. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for private dinner parties and family meals during your stay.

With an open plan kitchen, living and dining space, the kitchen flows onto the rest of the apartment. As you move into the dining and living room, a spacious 4 seater dining table is perfect for family dinners. My living room showcases two comfortable couches, a large flat screen TV with a full speaker system. The balcony showcases breaktaking views of Melbourne, overlooking the world’s most livable city. The skyline is one to be admired, with a balance between industrial Melbourne and its lush parkscape.

Separated from the living room by a sliding frosted glass door, is the master bedroom. The queen bed features hotel quality linen, fresh sheets and plush pillows. The master bedroom is spacious with full-length modern, mirrored wardrobe and a home office desk which can be utilised as a workspace using my high-speed unlimited WiFi. To ensure your satisfaction, all bedding is professionally cleaned every stay and is replaced regularly. The second bedroom showcases a double bed with plush pillows and the same, high quality fresh linen perfect for a night’s rest after a full day of exploring Melbourne’s finest tourist sites. Additional guests can stay on the comfortable double sofa bed located in the living room. Linen has been provided.

The luxurious, ultra-modern bathroom is furnished with porcelain tiling, large mirrors and light-up splashback. The oversized shower is surrounded by glass. The bathroom is spacious and contains high-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and soap, along with soft cotton towels provided for you to make this apartment your home for the duration of your stay. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.

The home also comes complete with a washing machine and dryer making those longer stays hassle-free.

This property has a strict no party policy and is not a space to hold events such as ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekends. Guests will be screened prior to booking and removed from the property if this rule is violated.

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.

This apartment is located in the central of the Melbourne CBD with Queen Victoria Market, Flinders Street, various arcade malls, QV Melbourne, the Emporium and Chinatown, Melbourne Central just a short stroll from your doorstep. The location of my apartment is unbeatable for family day outings, shopping trips or tourist sites around Melbourne CBD.
Getting Around:
My apartment is so centrally located that the most exciting tourist sites are at your doorstep so you can explore the city on foot. However, access to public transport from my apartment is also extremely convenient. Free city trams can be easily utilised just outside of my apartment complex (1 min walk) perfect for getting around with a family. The Melbourne Central Station is a 10 minute walk from my property, allowing you to access nearly all of Melbourne via the extensive public transport system. There are frequent buses locate
