Central Hamilton Apartment with Pool and Balcony

Welcome to Hamilton, where a stay at my one-bedroom apartment will assure convenience as you embrace the relaxing lifestyle, explore the foodie culture, and get a taste of the scenic views of the Brisbane River. My spacious place sleeps four guests, and features a kitchen, living room, bathroom, indoor balcony and an exclusive pooling area. You’re in a prime location, centred directly in the buzz of the area, being a short 3 minute walk from the public plaza known as Portside Wharf.
The Space:
Located in the centre of Hamilton, you’ll have access to everything you need, making your trip one of ease and convenience. Travelling will be made easy, with the regular bus services made available on Remora Road, an easily done 4 minute walk away. You’re a 3 minute walk away from Portside Wharf, a modern landmark, that has absolutely everything you need including award winning restaurants, high-end retail stores and Dendy Cinemas. You can also grab all of your groceries from the Woolworths Metro that’s a 5-minute walk.

Moving into my home, kick off your shoes and walk along the carpet and make yourself feel at home. You’ll be faced with the living area, where there is a extra roomy couch for you to lie on and channel surf on my LCD TV, fitted with Chromecast. The fluffy armchair with an extra pillow for comfort is also great to just sit and relax.

The kitchen, perfectly located directly nearby the living room, is fitted with everything you possibly need. A microwave, refrigerator, gas stove and quality sink are made available for your use. There is plenty of storage for you to unload your grocery foods, and drinks as well. There are no excuses to not make those bacon and eggs in the morning, or even fry up some steaks and cut up a salad for dinner. Alternatively, I know that cooking might not be a priority of yours since you’re on break, so head into town for a delicious feed. I recommend treating your taste buds to a fusion of flavours at Sono Japanese Restaurant, a 4-minute walk away from the place.

I can assure you that the dining table will be useful for more than just eating. Happily sitting four people, you can choose to dine in and eat your cooked meals here. You’ll be able to dine with the surrounding views of the area, thanks to the vertical to ceiling windows directly nearby. All dinnerware, glasses and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. Whilst you’re dining on the table, flick on the television, and watch some of those shows you’ve been binge watching and can’t seem to escape. If you’re here on business and need some space to do your work, this table can be used as a temporary workspace. I’ve also got free and unlimited WIFI all sorted for you! Head to the indoor balcony to witness those sunset views, where you can take a seat on the two seats, and enjoy yourself!

When you’re ready to call it a night, the bedroom is waiting for you. The monochromatic colours of the room, will set the scene for a great and peaceful sleep. The double bed with its plush bed-head is one of utter comfort, ensuring that you get all that well deserved sleep that you need. The bed is fitted with hotel quality 750 thread count linen. Wake up to the luxurious pool views from the vertical-to-ceiling windows within the room. You’ll get natural light coming through the room, and can even open the windows for some fresh air. Store your luggage within this room and explore the wonders of Hamilton! For those extra guests, the sofa in the living room folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen is provided for this option as well.

The property has one generous sized bathroom, where you’ll have more than enough space to freshen up. Cool down by taking a shower, and get ready for what’s ahead feeling clean and tidy. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. The mirrored cupboards will aid you when undergoing your skincare routine or touching up your make-up. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. There is also a hair dryer on site, should you require to fix up your hair for the day ahead.

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. All necessary detergents are provided, to ensure you don’t have to deal with stained clothes from those delicious meals you’ve indulged in.

You’ll have access to a serene pooling area, which will be the ultimate area for pure relaxation. Lounge around by the pool or take a seat at the tables and chairs nearby. Gather around with your company, and enjoy the lovely weather in this area.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
