Welcome to my newly renovated home located just off the coast of Palm Beach. Situated in the exclusive ‘Magnoli Residences’, my home is within walkable distance to shops, cafes, surf clubs and much more. This 4 bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people, my space offers a long list of amenities and is large enough to ensure that you and your guests have an unforgettable stay.

My home is the perfect holiday home or weekend getaway for up to 10 guests that is within walkable distance to all your leisurely needs. Go for a surf, or take surfing lessons along the beach, or walk 7 minutes to dine at amazing restaurants and cafes. The ‘Magnoli Residences’ is a contemporary collection of beautiful residential terrace homes, just off the coast of Palm Beach. As you enter Magnoli Circuit, you will be encapsulated by the modern, crisp-white homes and picket fences creating the ultimate suburban yet leisurely vibe.

My home is a large family home which welcomes you after a day of leisurely outings in Palm Beach. Parallel to my entrance is a spacious garage that can fit up to 2 vehicles. As you enter my home, floor-to-ceiling windows let in an abundance of natural light. My open plan kitchen, dining and living room provide a very spacious area to lounge in perfect for a large family or group of guests. When you first enter my home, you are greeted with a large lounge with a plush sofa perfect for relaxing during those family movie nights. My large flat-screen TV is equipped with Chromecast to broadcast your favourite movies for your convenience.

As you turn the corner you are greeted with a spacious dining room perfect for dinner parties. My dining table can comfortably seat 6 with an extra 2 seats on my kitchen bench. These areas can also double as a pop-up workspace with my unlimited ultra-fast free Wifi. My brand new, stunning luxury kitchen with copper splashbacks and white gloss cabinets provide the perfect kitchen to whip up your favourite culinary dish. My kitchen is equipped with your essential dishware and dishwashing liquid so most amenities you need are in easy reach. It features high-end stainless steel appliances too. The kitchen island is spacious perfect for wining and dining.

These entertaining areas open out into my spacious, well-groomed backyard and outdoor area through large sliding doors. My outdoor seating area provides a lounge chair perfect for reading a book and a outdoor contemporary seating area with a small coffee table which I would recommend you utilise on those warm summer nights with the complementary tea or coffee I have provided. My backyard is lined with hedges and my lush lawn is perfect for some well-deserved family time.

There is enough sleeping space for up to 10 people. Bedrooms are large and are fitted with storage options for your use, including a walk-in wardrobe! There are in total four large double beds and a sofa bed for any additional guests, each made of the highest quality linen to help you sleep in comfort and luxury. The roomy sofa bed sits in the centre of the living room in front of the TV, perfect for falling asleep to Netflix in the background! The first bedroom is on the ground floor right beside tall windows with a view of the front yard. Take a stroll upstairs to choose between the other three spacious and minimal bedrooms, each fitted with bedside tables, lamps and a spectacular window view.

Three amazingly clean and spacious bathrooms are available, perfect for large groups to utilise. The main bathroom features a double sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet, whilst the other two bathrooms features a spacious sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet. For each, I have also provided complimentary toiletries, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience. I’ve also equipped the bathroom with a hairdryer which is located beneath the sink.

For longer stays, be sure to make use of the personal laundry space. This is located in a separate room, featuring a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. I have provided laundry detergent for you to use, perfect for utilising after those long summer days exploring Palm Beach.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Palm Beach and available for contact by email or phone.
