Charming Apartment with Pool & Gym

Welcome to my modern two-bedroom pad that will have you centred right in the hive of all activity in the beautiful Fortitude Valley! Sleeping six guests, and fitted with a living room, a bathroom, kitchen, a balcony, as well as exclusive access to infinity pools and a gym, a stay at mine will exceed your expectations and have you feeling more than content. You’ll be a short drive to Brunswick Street Mall, featuring the shops, and the most renowned bars and restaurants in Brisbane.
The Space:
This neat apartment is the perfect place for those who intend to go on spontaneous outings, and explore the wonders of Brisbane! Drop off your bags and feel trendy in doing so, as you proceed to head on out into town very quickly and efficiently, since everything is in close proximity. You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport, with regular bus services available on Brunswick Street, as well as Fortitude Valley Station being only a 3 minute walk away. Embark on a 5 minute drive to Brunswick Street Mall, where you can grab brunch at the endless cafe options available, and shop around. If you’re lucky enough to stay over the weekend, the weekend markets are a must; with jewellery, collectables and gifts on offer from up-and-coming designers. Plan your night out by heading to Alfredo’s Pizzeria for a cheesy feed, and then make your way to Eleven Rooftop Bar.

Moving into the apartment, you’ll be immediately faced by a corridor that opens into the kitchen, dining and then living room. My white kitchen is sleek and has everything you need. With an oven, gas stove, quality sink, toaster, and microwave, you’ll be able to cook anything you wish. The utensils will ensure you can cook away in the comfort of my pad. A dishwasher is also made available, if hand washing is something that you don’t have the time for. All necessary detergents are also provided for you. If cooking isn’t your forte, don’t be alarmed because there are limitless options made available for you. If you want to try a chic meal and add some Middle Eastern seasoning into your life, you must try Gerard’s Bistro!

An intimate meal for two can be eaten at the small dining table. All dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. Enjoy a simple home-cooked meal, otherwise, if you’re wanting to eat as a group, heading on out to get a taste of the renowned food culture in Fortitude is necessary!

A very short stroll down the timber floorboards will take you into the open living room space. The room is naturally lit up by sunlight with thanks to the large surrounding floor-to-ceiling windows. The large couch encourages you to sit down by the LCD TV, which is fitted with Chromecast. Here you can binge watch all of those shows you’ve been hanging to watch. There’s also an armchair for you to sit down on, and even read a book if you have some spare time. If you need some fresh air in between watching tv shows, feel free to enter the balcony and enjoy the lovely views.

Calling it a night? You have two bedrooms to choose from throughout your stay. Head on over to the cosy bedrooms, where you’ll be followed by the views of the area, with thanks to the large windows nearby. The bedrooms are fitted with two double beds and and covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - you’ll fall asleep in no time! There is also plenty of room to store your belongings, thanks to the mirror cupboards. If you’re here on business, there is also a table within one of the rooms, which can be used as your own personal workspace. Don’t fret about having to use your Hotspot or not being able to access emails whilst you’re away because this apartment also has unlimited WIFI as well. Additional guests can also sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen and good views are also provided.

The property has one generous sized bathroom, with a toilet and shower. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. After you have a long and hot shower, utilise the hairdryer stored in one of the cupboards.

After all of those foodie outings, you’ll definitely need to wash those clothes of yours! If you’re wanting to clean those yolk stains on those white tops, I’ve got you covered with your very own laundry that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

If you’re wanting to maintain that healthy lifestyle of yours, there is also an open gym made available to you. Utilise the large space and its equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, bench presses, and exercise balls. I admire your motivation and fitness goals!
