Welcome to my modern 2 bedroom Brisbane apartment. My apartment is adorned with the greatest finishes in one of Woolloongabba’s most beautiful designer complexes. Sleeping 6 people, you’ll be in close proximity to the city with easy transportation. Your stay will be made enjoyable with thanks to the open living room, kitchen, balcony, as well as exclusive access to a pool, communal area, and parking. My place is the perfect stay to experience a luxurious city lifestyle at a fraction of the cost.
The Space:
My apartment is designed by one of Australia’s top designers, equipped with a rooftop swimming pool, heated spa, BBQ area, communal dining and kitchen room on the 14th floor and a lush outdoor oasis. This apartment is designed for entertainment!

As you enter my home, you are met with a stunning open kitchen and lounge area. My ceiling are 2.6m high, my floors are European oak and my home features stunning floor to ceiling windows letting in an abundance of natural light. My kitchen contains a stunning oversized marble kitchen bench which extends into a bar table with bar stools. This bar table can also double as a workspace which you may utilise using my high speed unlimited free WiFi. My kitchen features stainless steel high-end appliances such as an oven, stovetop, microwave and hidden dishwasher. I have also provided dishwashing liquid for ease of washing up.

My kitchen area overlooks the spacious lounge which features a scandi-style sofa perfect for nuzzling into during those breezy summer nights. My lounge contains a large flat screen TV equipped with Chromecast for streaming your favourite movies. The sliding windows in my lounge lead to my outdoor spacious balcony area for dinner parties or entertaining. The large outdoor lounge can easily fit 6 adults. I have provided crockery and dishware for you in the kitchen cupboards with this along with complimentary tea and coffee.

My master bedroom contains a large bed with hotel quality linen and many decorative pillows. It contains ducted air conditioning which is also in the lounge. It overlooks a stunning balcony with a lounging chair. The balcony overlooks sweeping views of Brisbane’s skyline and surrounding residential suburbs. My second bedroom contains a large ceiling fan with floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes and a double bed containing plush high-quality linen. It also leads out into the stunning balcony through sliding windows.

The amazingly clean and minimal bathroom features stunning marble accents around the sink. My shower is spacious with a beautiful mosaic tile wall. I have also provided complimentary toiletries, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience. I’ve also equipped the bathroom with a hairdryer which is located beneath the sink.

For longer stays, be sure to make use of the personal laundry space. This is located in a separate cupboard, featuring a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. I have provided laundry detergent for you to use.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located on the fringe of the city with very convenient access to direct busses and trains as well as free bicycles to get around. A Coles supermarket is located only a 12 minute walk away for easy convenience. The neighbourhood also contains the Woolloongabba Rotary Park perfect for a morning stroll and the Gabba, an iconic 42,000 seater cricket stadium. Meanwhile it is only a 25 minute stroll or 4 minute drive to Mowbray park overlooking the iconic Brisbane River seaside. This location strikes the perfect balance between a quiet suburban Brisbane lifestyle and the convenience of the city.
Getting Around:
Getting around Brisbane City is extremely convenient from this complex as it is located a mere 3km away from the CBD. This complex is only 600m walk away from Buranda Train Station which will allow you to access the extensive Brisbane train network. Local bus stops are right on your doorstep with the Logan Rd at Lewis Street Stop 11 and Stop 12 right outside the complex giving you access to the direct buses Cityglid(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and 204 bus connection and a free bicycle hire is located nearby.
