Welcome to my single bedroom home in the heart of Homebush. Sleeping four guests and with all the amenities you need, you’ll also have access to numerous restaurants, cafes and boutique stores. All this whilst being within walking distance of Flemington and Homebush train station which will connect you with all of Sydney. My home is the perfect spot for you and your fellow guests to stay at. You’ll have absolutely everything you need with the convenience of parking and public transport.
The Space:
Step inside my newly furnished designer apartment recently styled by Sydney’s best interior designers and home stylists. The property is both comfortable and practical and will satisfy all your needs and wants. You’ll have your own private parking plus be surrounded by an abundance of public transport. You’re only a short walk from both Homebush and Flemington Stations whilst also being a 3 minute walk from Paddy’s Markets!

Moving into the living room you’ll be greeted by a comfortable three seated sofa and large flat screen TV. This is the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day of shopping at the nearby Paddy’s Markets or eating on North Strathfield’s restaurant strip. Keep in mind that the sofa also doubles as a sofa bed and can sleep two additional guests. The living room has direct access to the balcony which contains a small alfresco area perfect for a cup of coffee and glass of wine.

The dining area seamlessly flows from the living room thanks to the open plan design. The stunning dining table comfortable seats four guests and additional chairs can be pulled up to fit more. The table can also double as a temporary workstation thanks to the ultra-fast NBN WIFI available throughout the house.

In the kitchen you’ll find a large fridge and all the appliances you need, including a stainless steel oven and gas stove, plus a toaster and kettle. All glassware, kitchenware and cutlery has been provided and can be found in the kitchen. Furthermore, there’s a dishwasher and the necessary detergents so you won’t have to worry about hand washing your dishes.

After a long day of shopping and exploring Sydney, settle down in spacious bedroom which hosts a comfortable queen bed with 500 thread count hotel quality linen. The bedroom contains a sliding wardrobe with enough space for you to store all your luggage and shopping.

The property features a brand new bathroom with bathtub and shower. If you’ve forgotten your shampoo, don’t worry. Complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided. Furthermore I’ve left some soft cotton towels to help keep you dry.

Lastly, the property also comes with a private laundry containing both a washer and dryer. There’s also an iron and ironing board ready to go making this property perfect for the business traveller and those long stays.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My home is within easy walking distance (less than 3 km) to Sydney Olympic Park as well as the business parks in Homebush. Homebush is also part of Sydney’s up and coming inner-west, with some of Sydney’s best cafes and restaurants at your doorstep - you’ll love how much variety is on offer in this local area. You can also head up to DFO - a factory outlet filled with designer brands all discounted plus a myriad of cafes and restaurants. You’ll also be moments from Westfield Burwood where you can find a variety of high end shopping and eateries, as well as Coles and Woolworths supermarkets. Access to the city is via Homebush and Flemington Train Station and takes you less than 30 minutes to zip into the middle of the Sydney CBD, all on the one train ride - easy!
Getting Around:
The CBD is easily accessed by train and via a 5 minutes walk to Flemington and Homebush Train Stations, you’ll be in the city in under 30 minutes. Driving is convenient, with free secure on-street parking located at my home. The Sydney Airport is a 20 minute Uber/Taxi ride away.
