The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Melbourne! My home home is located in the heart of Melbourne and offers easy access to numerous cafes, bars and shopping malls. Flinders Lane, Flinders Street and Collins Street are each of Melbourne’s dining hotspots. You’ll never run out of unique restaurants and bars to try out. You’ll be next door to one of Australia’s best coffee roasters, Dukes Coffee Roasters, providing you with the best start to the day. Alternatively you can take a few more steps and go the Journal Cafe or Cup of Truth. Everything you could possibly need can be accessed on foot making my Airbnb ultra-convenient and the perfect spot to stay when you’re on holiday or visiting Melbourne for work.

My open design apartment has a minimalist design and is fitted with luxurious designer furniture to create a space that is both aesthetically pleasing and practical. Upon entering my home you’ll be greeted by the spacious living room which features a long sofa and a record player adjacent decorated with a Van Halen poster above.

The living flows through to the dining area which features a timber dining table seating four guests. There’s enough room for sharing plates and the table can double as a temporary workstation thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI available throughout the home.

The dining room backs onto the compact kitchen that contains all the appliances you could need for Michelin quality dining. There a stove and oven ready for you to compete with Australia’s best restaurants and a toaster and kettle for a quick toast or instant noodles. Complimentary tea and coffee have been provided to help kickstart your mornings and re-energise your afternoons.

After a long day retire in the spacious bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed fitted with hotel quality 750 thread count linen. You’ll be sleeping in comfort and style and catching those zees in no time! The bedroom also contains a tonne of storage space behind the floor to ceiling mirrors so there’s enough space for you to keep your luggage or any shopping from the nearby stores and outlets.

The property comes with one luxurious and modern open bathroom with shower. Complimentary toiletries including shampoo and conditioner have been provided just incase you’ve forgotten your own. A hairdryer and soft cotton towels are also available to help keep you dry.

The space is perfect for families, small groups staying in Melbourne for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Located at the Paris end of Melbourne, the area is home to some of Australia's finest Victorian era buildings and provides a European flavour to the designer boutiques, cafes and bars that call this area home. Chic designer shopping, five-star hotels, exclusive jewellers, makers of fine chocolate and private clubs are all located nearby, together with striking architecture ranging from historic Gothic-style churches to Art Deco delights and magnificent theatres. Federation Square is 200m to the west, the MCG less than a 10 minute walk to the east, Rod Laver Arena and Melbourne Park 500m to the south and Collins Street one short block to the north. This apartment is located right in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
With just a five minute walk you can find yourself at some of Melbourne's best bars, cafes, theatres, shops and restaurants.
Getting Around:
