Positioned on the highest point in Southbank, this beautifully appointed, luxury apartment containing one bedroom and one sofa bed, is perfect for a group of four. My rugged place is fitted with a luxurious living room, kitchen, bathroom and secure parking. Be prepared to have your breath taken away, by the infinity pool overlooking the city and Brisbane Riverside. This is the prime destination located in the cultural and entertainment precinct of Brisbane CBD.
The Space:
My luxury oasis Brisbane city apartment features a gym, saunas and wellness centre, rambling rooftop gardens, with BBQs and entertaining facilities. Make your way to the rooftop and laze by the infinity pool, take in the panoramic views of Brisbane or relax in the outdoor lounge area.

As you enter the apartment you will fall in love with the floor to ceiling glass, framing stunning views of the Brisbane River and the CBD beyond. The lounging and dining areas as well as the master bedroom all have large ceiling fans. The kitchen is extremely spacious with high-end luxurious stainless steel appliances and a stone-top island extending the length of the kitchen perfect for preparing and cooking your favourite dishes. The dishwashing liquid and dishwasher I have provided makes washing up extremely easy and efficient.

The kitchen area flows onto the lounge with a comfortable sofa that seats three and a large flat screen TV equipped with chromecast, perfect for entertaining guests or children with their favourite movies.

My dining area is very spacious with floor to ceiling glazing showing views across South Bank, the river to Brisbane's CBD and beyond which are unparalleled. This dining table is perfect for sitting a group of four with crockery and dishware I have provided located in the kitchen cupboards. I have also provided complimentary tea and coffee for your ease of stay. This table can also double as a working space which you can access with my high speed unlimited WIFI. There are also two bar stools on the kitchen island which would make this large spacious perfect for a quick bite. My oversized, spacious balcony features a large outdoor dining set with breath taking Brisbane City and River views.

My master bedroom is extremely luxurious and has been designed by some of Australia’s finest high-end designers and architects. It overlooks the oversized balcony and also have in-wall wardrobe fittings with plenty of storage. The queen bed is fitted with high-thread count hotel quality linen for the comfort of your stay. My sofa can also be transformed into a sofa bed, sleeping two guests.

The luxurious, clean bathroom features a light-up splash back, large mirror and oversized granite-tiled walk in glass shower. I have provided shampoo, conditioner, soaps for your convenience and a hairdryer is located beneath the sink.

My laundry is tucked away featuring a wash-dryer combo containing complementary soaps.

Safe and secure car parking is also available within my complex.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Southbank, right near the train station, Woolworths supermarket, speciality shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. My apartment has easy access to the Goodwill Bridge, Brisbane's CBD, Children’s hospital, and bus and ferry transport. The fantastic retail and dining precinct of Southbank provides delicious local dining and eateries including the Burger Project, Pourboy Espresso, Mrs Luu's, The Pantry on Grey, Stone Artisan Bakers and Ariake on Grey.
